Our children have been attending Primrose since 2022 and we have nothing but great things to say about this location, it's staff, and the leadership team! Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring. Our kids have loved going here, they have made wonderful friends, and they look forward to all of the activities and events that the teachers coordinate each week. You can tell that the teachers are passionate about early childhood development and enjoy what they do. If you are looking for a daycare in the Four Points area, Primrose is an excellent choice.

This daycare has amazing staff and caretakers. The facility is clean, organized, and follows a consistent routine. I loved that they have an in-house chef who prepares meals for the children and that they offer fun activities like splash pad days. There are many positive things about this center.
Unfortunately, my experience ended on a disappointing note.
My toddler had been out of daycare for several months and was adjusting to a completely new environment, routine, teachers, and classmates. He also receives speech and developmental services. During his time there, he struggled with impulse control and had behavioral challenges that included hitting and pushing. I fully understand the daycare’s responsibility to keep staff and children safe, and I do not excuse those behaviors.
What disappointed me was how quickly the decision to disenroll him was made. He attended for only about a week and a half before we were informed that he would no longer be able to remain enrolled. I offered to involve his developmental therapist and speech therapist so that we could work together on strategies and support, but that option was declined.
I understand that not every childcare center is equipped to handle behavioral or developmental challenges, and every center has the right to determine what they can reasonably support. However, I personally felt that my child was not given enough time to adjust or demonstrate improvement before the decision was made.
For families whose children adapt easily to new routines and group settings, this daycare may be a wonderful fit. For parents of children who have developmental delays, speech delays, or need additional support during transitions, I would encourage asking detailed questions about the center’s policies and ability to accommodate those needs before enrolling.

We are so grateful to the wonderful team at Primrose for everything they have done for our 2-year-old. From the very beginning, they made our child feel safe, happy, and loved. Thank you for the care, patience, and encouragement you have shown every day.
We especially appreciate Ms Justine, Ms Kara and Ms Maria for all the fun activities, learning opportunities, and support they have provided so far.
Thank you for creating such a warm, nurturing, and positive environment. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our child’s early learning journey.

My children have been enrolled since December, and I truly cannot say enough about the support and care they’ve received. Their teachers have played such an important role in their growth and learning, and it’s been amazing to see the progress they’ve made in such a short time.
The atmosphere is very welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about each child’s well-being. I feel confident knowing my kids are in a safe, encouraging environment where they are supported every day.
I am so grateful to be part of this community and for the positive impact it has had on my children.
