Sending our daughter to Primrose School of Austin Mueller is the best decision we’ve ever made. The entire team feels like family, and the staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in her growth. The quality of care, curriculum, and top-notch communication give us total peace of mind every day. It is an impeccably clean, secure, and loving environment where our daughter truly thrives. We cannot recommend them highly enough for premiere daycare in Austin!

We've here here for a couple of months and so far like it. I have seen some of the trends in the comments so far happen with our child. I have picked up my child and noticed a bite mark and never received a report. My wife told me that during a drop off the teacher was so overwhelmed with toddlers that’s she was asked to stick around to support the ratio. We have lost a teacher already but luckily we still have a consistent one. Staff has been great so far haven’t had any bad interactions. Hopefully primrose considers these comments and shoots for excellence!

Great daycare but they don't handle frequent aggressive biting incidents seriously enough, our son keeps getting bitten in his new class almost on a weekly basis, the last few times the bites are breaking skin and leaving him with bruise marks, everytime we get assurances that they are keeping a close eye on the biter but nothing seems to change and a few days later he comes back with a new bite, I wish they would do more to handle frequent aggressive biters to protect our children, otherwise I think it is a good place, maybe we just got unlucky in this classroom with a very aggressive biter in it and they don't know how to handle it.

Both infant classroom teachers left at the same time so you know there is something wrong with it. We enrolled our 5 months old son in May and pulled him out in July. For the entire May my son was sick. Then got covid from school in June. After the main teacher left, every pick up/drop off time we seen different faces. One day during the pick up time, teacher told me “sorry I just got put into this new classroom where I don’t know anything about the babies”. 2 times in a row after we return home, noticed they only fed my baby 2 bottles for whole day at school (where he used to consume at least 3-4 bottles at the school). The school director sucks too. She acts nice to you when nothing going on but when you have concern about your baby, she will give you the cold face. Do not recommend this school!!

Let me start by saying that I used to absolutely love this school. In fact, I previously left a 5-star review because our experience was wonderful. We loved all the teachers until a point, they were caring and dedicated, my daughter was happy, and I truly felt she was safe and loved. Unfortunately, since the leadership changed, our experience has declined significantly. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication, empathy, and accountability from the administration. Whenever parents raise concerns, we often feel dismissed rather than heard. Instead of acknowledging issues and explaining how they will be addressed, the responses feel defensive and minimize our concerns, which has gradually eroded our trust. We were also concerned by the high teacher turnover, making it difficult for children to build stable relationships with their caregivers. There were multiple incidents that affected our confidence, including witnessing a teacher handle our daughter in a way we found unacceptable and another situation where her documented dietary restrictions were not followed, had that been an allergy, the story would have ended way worse, and the admin rather than taking ownership and reassuring us that changes would be made, the focus was often on explaining why we shouldn’t be concerned instead of addressing the underlying issue. We understand that no school is perfect, and mistakes happen. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, we consistently experienced a lack of transparency, empathy, and accountability from the administration. I never imagined I would be updating my 5-star review, but I no longer feel confident that my concerns, or my daughter’s well-being are being prioritized. Because of that, I made the difficult decision to enroll her elsewhere.
