We are so grateful for the wonderful experience our son has had at this school. The teachers are caring, patient, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping the children learn and grow. We have seen such a positive change in our son, and he looks forward to going to school every day. The staff creates a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children feel loved and encouraged. We couldn’t be happier with the care and education our son receives. Highly recommend this school and its amazing teachers!

My son has been here since he was 2 years old, he's now 5 and we have nothing but positive things to say on Primrose. With their teachers, its more than just a job to them. They truly and wholeheartedly care for all the children in all they do, whether its playtime or learning time. We could not have found a better place for our kiddo! I'd give 10 stars if I could :)
PS: They things they are taught, above and beyond. Learning how to talk about their feelings, social skills, self confidence, independence during meals or snacks, manners, kindness, etc. I wish I could just have them his whole life. Ms. Ross and Ms. W are deeply missed in our household.

My son has been at primrose southwest Arlington for a year now. It has been nothing short of an amazing experience. He has a severe allergy that they have been amazingly accommodating of. They love my son so fiercely. They great us every morning with a smile. We are so luckily to have found this primrose and are forever grateful to have them as a part of our village.

Very disappointed in how the teachers/ staff/ director handled many situations. Including: not writing an incident report & calling parents when their child is injured. It is sad that my child has to come home to tell us that they have been harmed by another child at the school and that this doesn't get reported (leaving bruises, scratches, blood). This makes children feel scared to come back to school. Safety should be the first priority when taking care of children! Secondly, I have not seen any academic growth here at Primrose. It is more of a daycare where they play more than actually learn. All around this saddens me and no one is taking accountability and responsibility. Please be aware !!! SAFTEY is IMPORTANT!!
