He has a severe allergy that they have been amazingly accommodating of. They love my son so fiercely. They great us every morning with a smile. We are so luckily to have found this primrose and are forever grateful to have them as a part of our village.

My kids love their teachers and have enjoyed the STEM/STEAM curriculum along with the sign language and Spanish. PreK really prepared my son for kindergarten last year and my daughter is currently in PreK and thriving.
- NWNV WFeb 2, 20221.0Very disappointed in how the teachers/ staff/ director handled many situations. Including: not writing an incident report & calling parents when their child is injured. It is sad that my child has to come home to tell us that they have been harmed by another child at the school and that this doesn't get reported (leaving bruises, scratches, blood). This makes children feel scared to come back to school. Safety should be the first priority when taking care of children! Secondly, I have not seen any academic growth here at Primrose. It is more of a daycare where they play more than actually learn. All around this saddens me and no one is taking accountability and responsibility. Please be aware !!! SAFTEY is IMPORTANT!!

We came from a "daycare" that seemed to just be a glorified babysitting. Being a first time mother I was noticing at her other school she wasn't hitting all her milestones. The other school didn't seem too interested in helping either. Primrose southwest just opened and I decided to give them a tour. We had her enrolled and starting the next week. She blossomed, was so alert and it was like she came alive right before our eyes! Primrose helped tremendously in every aspect on helping her hit all her milestones. The teachers are so patient and caring! They helped us transition all the things whether it be helping get off the bottle, potty training, writing. She has learned so much and has had fun doing it too! We are so grateful 🙏❤ that they were such a huge part of her life. It means more than you know.
