I wish we had started with Primrose from the beginning of our son’s care at 18 months, but so glad we did transition before he turned 4. We feel completely confident that he will excel moving into kindergarten and beyond because of the strong foundation Primrose has helped us create.

There were a few issues we encountered over the years, but we did consistently feel like our child was safe in their care. It was also helpful how much they updated the app for parents to know what was going on.
- KSKim SJun 2, 20255.0Our granddaughter has attended this Primrose location since she was one, she is now Pre-K, and ALL of her teachers have been wonderful. I'm not sure about these negative reviews, maybe others may have had a different experience, but I can't imagine any of the teachers or staff neglecting any of their kids. They are always warm and welcoming, and very playful and involved with the kids. The kids love them and hug them and our granddaughter even talks about her teachers all the time at home, in a very positive way. Yes, some teachers leave, that's life...some move, some finish up school and change career paths, some have kids and stay at home with them, that's not a reason to leave a negative review. The teachers and staff are awesome, that's the truth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing childcare.

I enjoy getting multiple updates and pictures throughout the day and they teach her so much including sign language. I highly recommend this facility! Adding a picture of my happy kiddo that they sent.
