  We love primrose! My child is 10 months old and has been attending since she was 4 months. She had learned so much and passes all of her skills tests with flying colors at the pediatrician appointments. I am a first time mom and anything that I have had a question or concern about has been addressed with kindness and compassion. Mrs. Patel, Lopez and Feese are amazing and always willing to answer my many questions, it’s very nice to have women who truly care for my child involved in her care. We highly recommend this school if you’re on the search.

  I genuinely can't say enough good things about Primrose and I wish I would have heard about the school sooner. My daughter has been going every summer for the last 3 years. The office staff and teachers are absolutely amazing. They greet her everyday by name when we walk in, no matter how busy they are. The teachers in her classroom are very involved which is so wonderful. She is never bored and actually starts counting down the days that she gets to go back because she enjoys it so much. The field trips are great and have such a wide variety of places that the kids get go to. I never once worry for her safety and know that she is in great hands. When you can't be the one to be with your kids during the day, who are the most important people in your life, this place is a blessing. I would highly recommend Primrose to any parent!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. Communication was poor, and when I raised legitimate concerns about my child’s care, instead of addressing them professionally, the owner became argumentative and dismissive. What made the situation even more concerning was that after our conversation, my messages in the daycare app were deleted, leaving no record of our communication. That seriously undermined my trust. As a parent, I expected transparency, professionalism, and a willingness to work together when concerns were raised. Instead, I felt ignored, blamed, and treated with disrespect. I cannot recommend this daycare based on my experience. Parents deserve a childcare provider that welcomes questions and handles concerns professionally rather than becoming defensive,

  Very disappointing experience. We had concerns regarding the level of care provided to our child, as well as the communication and professionalism we encountered when those concerns were raised. We also felt there was a lack of consistency and experience in meeting our child's needs. Ultimately, we made the decision to withdraw our child from the program. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility.

  My kids love it here! I love that we get several pictures & videos throughout the day & everything is logged on the app so I never have to question anything about my kids because they are always on the ball! I love the events that they do for the kids & they give the parents opportunities to be involved. My only regret is not coming here sooner. We love Primrose!
