  my daughter , 2years old, had a wonderful experience at Primrose West Allen. It was recommended to me by one of my relatives and I would 100% recommend it to any parent looking for a clean, safe, nurturing and curiosity driven environment. my daughter explored different food types and textures that she would absolutely refuse at home. this lead to a whole new platter that I could set at home. she was encouraged to potty train and developed a healthy relation with the method. Ms. Tanya, Ms. Ella, Ms. Vidisha and everyone at school was warm and welcoming. This place is no doubt the best in Allen tx and surrounding areas.

  Best of the best! Staff, Teachers, environment, family friendly events- I can't say enough about Primrose West Allen. They go above and beyond for the students and families. My little one loves to go to school, talks about his teachers all the time, and no doubt he will be very prepared and ready for Kinder when the time comes. This place is a dream, so go visit if you are looking for a wonderful school for your child to grow!

  We are so grateful to have found Primrose. From day one, the welcoming atmosphere, caring teachers, and clear communication gave us complete peace of mind. We’ve always felt that our daughter is safe, supported, and truly loved each day. Primrose has been an incredible partner in her development - she has grown so much in confidence, independence, and social skills, and she genuinely looks forward to seeing her teachers and friends every morning. It means so much to us that the staff knows her by name and takes the time to greet her—it creates such a strong sense of community. The staff is caring, attentive, and organized, and we love getting to see all the fun things she does each day, plus the wonderful family events they host. Most of all, our daughter is happy—she feels safe, loved, and excited to learn and play. We couldn’t ask for a better place for her to grow!

  After five wonderful years and two kids at Primrose School of West Allen, it is incredibly hard to say goodbye. This school has been such an important part of our family’s life, and we could not have asked for a better place for our children to learn, grow, and be cared for. What makes Primrose of West Allen truly special is its people and its culture. Shannan and Andrew lead from the top down, and their commitment to the children, families, and staff is reflected throughout the entire school. They have created something that feels much more like a family and community than simply a preschool. Perhaps the best reflection of that culture is that their staff includes three generations of teachers from the same family — a mother, daughter, and granddaughter. That says so much about the kind of environment they have built. The leadership team — Ms. Vidisha, Ms. Eylin, Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Leslie — is exceptional. They know the children and families personally, are always approachable, and genuinely care. Most importantly, we want to thank all the wonderful teachers who have taught, cared for, and loved both of our kids over these five years. There have been so many amazing teachers along the way, and we are incredibly grateful to every one of them for the role they have played in our children’s lives. As parents, there is nothing more reassuring than dropping your children off knowing they are safe, happy, loved, and surrounded by people who truly care about them. We will genuinely miss Primrose of West Allen and, most importantly, the people who make it so special. Thank you, Shannon, Andrew, the leadership team, and all the incredible teachers and staff for five unforgettable years. We are truly grateful, and you will always hold a special place in our family’s hearts. We could not recommend Primrose School of West Allen more highly.

  Great teachers, food provided and a good variety, just wish it wasn’t pork free. My kids have learned a lot and look forward to school most days
