  Primrose East Allen has been such a special place for my child, and I’m truly grateful for the care we experienced there. Taylor, the director, is wonderful. She has a vibrant personality, is knowledgeable, responsive, and very in touch with what is happening throughout the school. She is often the first face you see at the start of the day, which sets such a positive tone. She does a great job of explaining what parents should expect, following up in a timely manner, and making sure those expectations are carried out by her staff. You can genuinely feel her leadership in the consistency of care, the environment she helps create, and the team she leads. Mr. Alan, the owner, is very involved, and I appreciated that he genuinely remembers people and conversations. It never felt surface-level, and that says a lot about the culture he has built across both locations. The infant teachers are incredible, especially Ms. Fransimart and Ms. Almas. Because my daughter was a preemie and her needs could shift depending on doctor visits and updates, it meant everything to have teachers who stayed tuned in and ready to partner with me. They asked for updates, listened carefully, kept up with changes, and made me feel safe and secure leaving her there. Ms. Fransimart always had a smile on her face and captured the sweetest pictures in the portal. Some honestly looked like little daycare photo shoots, and my family was always so impressed by them. Ms. Almas was just as special, and both she and Ms. Fransimart were deeply engaged, loving, and invested in my child’s growth. Both had a sparkle in their eyes with the babies, and the care felt genuine. One thing I especially appreciated about Ms. Fransimart and Ms. Almas was how involved they were in learning and development. I loved knowing they were reading books, encouraging growth, sharing milestone updates, and paying close attention to what my child was building on developmentally. They both notated things in the portal, which kept me updated and became so helpful for pediatrician visits. If the doctor had questions, I could go right back into the portal and pull the information. That level of transparency meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated the visibility the school gives parents through the portal in general. Looking at the activity timeline made me feel involved in my child’s day even when I was away from her. I could see tummy time, book reading, baby-safe painting, discovering animals, looking at new colors, and all the little enrichment activities that filled her day. It never felt like just standard caregiving. It felt like real engagement and enrichment. Ms. Sabrina was wonderful too—engaged with the babies, attentive, on top of things, and such a reassuring part of the care team. At the front, Ms. Mart, the office manager, has such an approachable and welcoming presence and clearly helps keep everything flowing smoothly. Ms. Earwood is just as kind and caring. Even staff from other classrooms were welcoming, and I loved how many team members knew the children by name. The school felt clean, secure, and full of genuine care. I especially appreciated how the East Allen location let us stay while some logistics were getting worked out. What started off feeling temporary ended up feeling like family by the end of our time there, and I will truly miss this location. We are transferring to their sister location because it is closer to home, and that transition feels exciting and reassuring because of the standard this team has already set. I saw that during my initial visit to the sister location too, so I know the same level of care extends there. Both directors speak very highly of each other, and from what I have experienced, that is completely true. They are both great leaders, and that gives me a lot of confidence moving forward. Overall, Primrose East Allen felt like a home away from home, and I’m so thankful for the love, attentiveness, and care we experienced there.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose East Allen! As our son’s very first school environment, we were naturally a little nervous, but the entire staff has made the transition so smooth and reassuring for our family. The teachers are truly amazing, so patient, caring, and attentive. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do, and that shows in the way they interact with each child. The staff as a whole creates such a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that made it easy for us to trust them with our son. We’ve seen incredible progress in him since he started. From his social skills to his communication and confidence, his development has been amazing to watch. He’s learning something new every day and actually looks forward to going, which says everything. We’re so grateful to have found a place that not only cares for our son but helps him grow and thrive. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive first school experience!

  10 out of 10 !! As a single mom, sending my kids to school while I work is the MOST intimidating and challenging aspect of parenthood. Primrose of East Allen has brought SO much peace, security, love, and affirmation to all three of my kids and myself. They pour into all the children and provide a fun, unique, and creative learning environment while maintaining a high standard of curriculum in all of the classrooms. Every teacher I’ve encountered has only promoted my confidence in the school. The owners are onsite and very involved. I trust my kiddos are covered in love every moment they’re there. Praise the Lord for the incredible team at Primrose of East Allen.
