  Since daughter first started, she has been so happy, every time I come to the school it is clean the kids are happy ...I could not have picked a better choice in my opinion and I searched for weeks for a proper day care facility, if you want a safe and productive clean environment for your kids this is the place you are looking for

  I pulled my 2 year old after not even a full week. My biggest concern is they have 3 classrooms together in the morning with 1 teacher. The ages are from 1 to 5 that are all together. A teacher confirmed this but the director denied the 1 yr olds are in there which I've seen with my own 2 eyes. The morning teacher is always on her phone not tending to the kids and refused to console my baby in any way as this was her first time in daycare. It was difficult watching my baby seeking for her teacher to console her and she was turned away. It doesn't take much. She regressed majorly on her potty training from the lack of her potty opportunities. Her main teacher Ms. Jordan seems calm and nice but she does seem a bit overwhelmed. I do believe my baby liked her but for some reason that morning teacher made her freak out and it wasn't just because she didn't want to go. There were several kids with green snotty noses. They should be sent home. My baby immediately got sick with high fever with a bacterial and viral infection. For this reason I gave it a 2 and because they lied to me and almost seemed irritated at me asking questions. Definitely was treated cold when I came to pick up her belongings. They were good at sending pictures. That's it

  Mis bebés asisten a este centro hace unos meses sobre todo mi niña mayor de casi 3 años y la verdad al principio pensaba q no se adaptaba pq lloraba en las mañanas sin embargo en la tarde casi no quería irse pero estoy muy sorprendida pq no llora y muy agradecida con la maestra Jackie pq es una súper maestra que tiene el don de enseñar a estos niños y mi niña ha aprendido mucho con ella, ya va sola al baño, y ha aprendido muchas cosas también el inglés aclarando q mi princesa solo hablaba español. La directora es súper amable no existe día q no entre x esa puerta y le desee buenos días en fin todos son especiales

  We have been taking our daughter here since last fall of 2019 up until the closure due to COVID19. We are super happy the state reopened and allowed this location to open again. We love the teachers, they are caring, personable, empathetic, very attentive, super kind and always the children safety and health first. So happy we are apart of the Addison Kindcare family.
