  As a parent, you always hope to find a school that keeps your child safe and engaged. But Primrose School has given us so much more than that—they have given our daughter an environment where she is truly thriving, growing, and inspired every single day. The staff and teachers have been nothing short of exceptional. The transformation we have seen in our daughter is beautiful; she has completely blossomed socially in the past 3 years and has formed an incredible bond with her educators. What truly sets Primrose apart are the things you can’t teach from a textbook: genuine love and community. There are days my daughter comes home with her hair styled in beautiful braids. Knowing her teachers take those extra, quiet moments just to make her feel special and cared for means the world to me. The school does an incredible job keeping parents and kids connected through fun, creative events. Their recent "Show and Tell" featuring a real SWAT team visit was an absolute core memory. The ultimate testament to this school? My daughter now proudly tells everyone she wants to be a teacher when she grows up, purely because she is so deeply inspired by her own teachers. Thank you, Primrose, for not just educating our daughter, but for shaping her heart, her confidence, and her dreams. Thank You for all that you do!

  Absolutely incredible experience! After a very disappointing experience with The Gardner School, we were beyond thrilled to land here for Pre-K. The difference is night and day, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

  The staff is all great, kind, and knowledgeable. We have had great experiences with Kayla and kayce! Clean facility and well organized.

  Title: Disappointing / Concerning Experience at Primrose 12th S - for both current and past Primrose Families & Staff. I regret to say that my experience at Primrose 12th S has been far from what I expected. Despite the promises made in their promotional materials & newsletters, the reality of this daycare is quite different. Amy, the Franchise Owner of all 3 local Primrose, has displayed dismissive behavior towards parents, her own staff, her building security, the staff & children’s overall welfare in my opinion. It is crucial to be aware of the shortcomings at Primrose 12th S before making a decision to put your child in the school. I have witnessed neglect for children’s safety and staff. Causing distress on my child, other children, as well as the staff. I encourage everyone to do their own research when considering Primrose 12th South, Midtown, and Brentwood locations. It’s important to add after posting on in a local forum. I had several staff and parents reach out privately, mirroring the same experience and some experiences even more severe.Due to Googles Charters Limit I can not post a full review. My detailed formal review, may can be found on Yelp and Facebook under my profile. Unfortunately the staff at the school continue to try to hide my reviews. By false reporting, & misspelling the school name. Also half of the 5 star reviews are fake made by staff and their significant others. Majority were made after my review. Hence why they are all posted at the same time. There is a reason why spots become available so frequently at this school. Do not be fooled by the freshly painted walls and new construction. High encourage everyone to search my detailed review via Facebook under my profile.
