I was hesitant on trying a different online course or just biting the bullet and doing the full zoom course through CLI, and I’m so thankful I decided to go with CLI. Knowing what I know now, going through the entire course/textbook material, on my own, without a teacher there to help me along the way would have added weeks, if not months to the process of passing the exam. Thanks again! Ps. Melissa from the office was amazing as well! She was there every step of the way to answer all my questions(even the dumb ones!)

Repeatedly, I hear CLI, and they could not have been more correct. I enrolled in CLI, completed pre-licensure training and passed my state exam with a score well above 90 with ease. When people ask me who I credit with my success on the exam, I mention that while I view myself as a good test-taker, I was so well-prepared by CLI, I could've passed with my eyes closed. Hahaha I do credit CLI with amazing classes, test prep and a genuinely supportive staff. If you are so blessed, you'll meet and learn from iconic, Bill. I am grateful I chose CLI and I would choose them for any of my real estate education goals. Highly, highly, highly recommended.
