  So far so good! The director is very friendly and they’re very good with reporting through the day. School is very clean, too.

  My grandson has been at this KinderCare for under a year. Recently, he was moved to the two-year-old room. The other day he was bitten several times and there was not a report made on this!!! The level of care at Kindercare on Fortress Blvd has gone downhill. The parents had to find out when they took him home. What?!? They are also not doing regular diaper changes and the parents have to provide the diapers now. Apparently the director at this center is NOT doing any training or education for the employees. It seems that there are no consequences to bad behavior. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Concerned grandparent

  Worst daycare i have ever seen. Teachers are awful and they just let kids run around throwing objects at other kids

  I absolutely love this daycare/school for my daughter! She learns so much snd is always so excited to go to school! They welcomed her with open arms and we couldn’t be more happy as a family to have our daughter attend this daycare/school!

  I signed my child up for 'drop in care' because I don't need frequent care for my child. I was told that I could call a week in advance and bring my child in whenever. After 2 unreturned phone calles, I was told they were full and that my 100$ registration fee was nonrefundable. I was excited to find drop in child care & they did not accept my child on the days I really needed them. I understand they were full, but the lack of communication is startling and my call should not have gone for 2 weeks without being returned!
