  We have been at primrose for 3 years. Our son has been able to love and grow with the help of the amazing and loving teachers and staff. We have had great communication with all staff and are very thankful for our time at primrose. Due to the love, support, and quality education, our son got into a competitive private school for Kindergarten!! Again we are so thankful and appreciative to ALL the staff!

  It's hard to put into words how thankful we are for everyone at Primrose. As parents, there's nothing more important than knowing your kids are safe, loved, and genuinely cared for when you're not with them, and that's exactly how we've felt from day one. Our two kids absolutely love going to school every morning, and that says more than anything I could write. The teachers have been incredible—not just teaching them letters and numbers, but helping them grow in confidence, kindness, and independence. It's obvious they truly know and care about each child. The communication with parents is excellent, the school is always clean and welcoming, and the leadership has created a culture that really feels like a family. You can tell everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do. We're so grateful we found Primrose. They've had such a positive impact on our children and our family, and we recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a place where their kids will be loved, challenged, and cared for every single day.

  Primrose has been a game changer for our little boy. The structure and genuine care they give to everyone that walks through the door is unmatched. I can't recommend Primrose West Knoxville enough to other parents who desire care and curriculum for their growing little ones.

  We feel incredibly lucky to have joined PSWK about a year and a half ago. The staff and teachers are always warm, friendly, and supportive. We truly love PSWK and are so grateful that our little one is cared for in such a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.

  We have had such a wonderful experience at Primrose School of West Knoxville. Our 3-year-old daughter has been in the Pathways classroom and we truly feel so fortunate to be part of the Primrose family. She has learned so much academically, gained incredible social skills, and comes home excited to tell us about her day. It’s clear how much the teachers genuinely care about each child, and Sophie absolutely loves her teachers and the friendships she has made. The nurturing environment, engaging curriculum, and emphasis on both learning and character development have exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Primrose School of West Knoxville to any family looking for an exceptional place!
