  My two children have attended Primrose for a year and a half. My oldest, on the spectrum, was in the Pathways program and then moved to preschool, while my youngest was in the Infant-1 room from 8 weeks to 13 months. Before the 2026-2027 school year, Primrose informed us they wouldn’t allow our oldest daughter to have a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in the pre-k classroom, except if an RBT was present. This meant she couldn’t stay after 3 p.m., leaving us without childcare until a tech was hired. Our request was for her to stay from 3-4:30 p.m. to transition and apply her skills, as she had done before. Primrose worried the RBT might overstep, which seemed more about protecting their image than helping our child. The timing was disappointing, with less than a week’s notice. We had enrolled her in February, but they never charged the registration fee, waiting to determine her placement, which was never communicated. I emailed Randi, the director, and Lindsey, the education specialist, on February 19, 2026, but received a response over two months later. We met in May, and at no point did they suggest Primrose wasn’t suitable for her. My daughter had a trial day in the new pre-k classroom, and Lindsey said she did well. However, the teacher questioned her participation in a literacy activity, saying she was “non-verbal,” which she isn’t. The ADA and Primrose policy state not to exclude children due to disabilities, but this wasn’t followed. I raised this with Randi and Lindsey, but received no response. Primrose claimed to care about my child, but their actions showed otherwise. I trusted them with both children, but that trust was broken. Randi’s indifferent demeanor when I informed them I was unenrolling my youngest was as if we were discussing the weather, with no apology or empathy. We were transparent about our child’s diagnosis and willing to work with Primrose, but they only gave reasons why it wouldn’t work. They excluded us and made us feel our child was a burden, providing only the bare minimum support. My daughter isn’t the first child on the spectrum at Primrose, and she won’t be the last. I hope the administration will support future children like her.

  My son had a great year here before we moved! He especially loved the food 😂. Love the PNO offerings and all the fun events throughout the year. Thank you Jody and Jordan for a great year!!

  We have been at primrose for 3 years. Our son has been able to love and grow with the help of the amazing and loving teachers and staff. We have had great communication with all staff and are very thankful for our time at primrose. Due to the love, support, and quality education, our son got into a competitive private school for Kindergarten!! Again we are so thankful and appreciative to ALL the staff!

  We're only 24ish hours into our first experience at Primrose, but so far we are extremely impressed. Facilities are clean, updates in the app are frequent & I am very impressed with the learning taking place!

  It's hard to put into words how thankful we are for everyone at Primrose. As parents, there's nothing more important than knowing your kids are safe, loved, and genuinely cared for when you're not with them, and that's exactly how we've felt from day one. Our two kids absolutely love going to school every morning, and that says more than anything I could write. The teachers have been incredible—not just teaching them letters and numbers, but helping them grow in confidence, kindness, and independence. It's obvious they truly know and care about each child. The communication with parents is excellent, the school is always clean and welcoming, and the leadership has created a culture that really feels like a family. You can tell everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do. We're so grateful we found Primrose. They've had such a positive impact on our children and our family, and we recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a place where their kids will be loved, challenged, and cared for every single day.
