From our very first phone call, I knew this place was different! The team has always been incredibly supportive, taking the time to truly get to know our son (how he learns, what helps him feel safe, loved, and successful). They see him for who he is and embrace it, and that has meant everything to our family! The people here are truly special, and it starts with the leadership. Every teacher and staff member is compassionate, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in the children. You can tell they genuinely know and love each child who walks through their doors. We feel so lucky that our now 2 sons, have an extra family in Primrose!!

We looked at so many places, but when we toured Primrose we felt an immediate connection to the staff and trusted that they would be the best fit for our family. When our daughter is dropped off in the morning, I have mental peace knowing that she is safe and well cared for. She absolutely loves her teachers, and we love getting all of her pictures and updates throughout the day. My expectations have been exceeded over the past few months, and we look forward to her (and any future siblings) being at Primrose for years to come!

My son wakes up everyday excited to go to school and that wasn't happening at his previous school. The front office staff has been really good about communicating on everything and the teachers in the classroom are some of the best we have ever had. We also really like the fact that they provide lunch and snacks where some of the other places do not. If you are in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area I don't think that you can find a better pre-k than Primrose in Hendersonville.
