Primrose School of Gallatin has been an absolute amazing experience. Our son has been there since the day they opened the doors, and he is now heading off to Kindergarten.
He is so well prepared for Kindergarten - academically, socially and emotionally. So much of that is because of PSoG.
We have had only amazing experiences. Literally every single administrator and teacher has been friendly, helpful and showed such care for our son. There is next to zero teacher turnover and our son absolutely loves all his teachers and leaders. We are sad to be leaving Primrose but will always be so grateful for the amazing experience we’ve had and cannot say thanks enough for how well they’ve taken care of our son and prepared him. There is no better place for childcare in Gallatin!

Primrose is AMAZING!! The administration, staff and teachers are caring and responsive. Everyone knows our child's name, and he gets excited to "go to school" each morning. Communication is above and beyond - we receive fun, daily updates about our child's progress; school closures due to Holidays/inclement weather are communicated well in advance and gives us adequate time to plan for secondary care. The facility is clean and organized. We HIGHLY recommend.

We completed a tour of their facility and had an entry interview with April. We were very specific as to why we were considering Primrose as an option for Kinder for our son, which was to avoid the public school system and that although he has an IEP for a speech delay, we were choosing alternative therapies and didn't need the IEP. After not hearing back from them, I called 2 weeks later only to find out that their upper mgt decided our son wasn't a good fit and recommended we use the public school and his IEP. I don't know how much more clear we could have been in the entry interview about wanting an alternative choice. So either their internal teams don't communicate or this is their way of discriminating against kids with IEP's.
