  We've been at Step Forward for the last two years and have absolutely LOVED our experience. The environment is so genuinely caring—it truly feels like our kids are loved and exceptionally well cared for every day. We've had wonderful teachers, and the leadership team feels like family. They have consistently gone above and beyond for our family. We also appreciate that kids stay in the same classroom throughout the school year, rather than being moved multiple times like at many traditional daycares. Our kids have built great friendships, look forward to going every day, and have thrived there. We are huge fans of Step Forward and are so grateful for the positive impact they've had on our family!

  My daughter went here for two years. We love Step Forward! It’s a small mom and pop feel with amazing teachers and staff. They communicate well and make you feel like family. Highly recommend this Day School!

  We just recently moved to TN from AZ and Step Foward Day School was such a blessing. From pricing for sending our kids 5 days a week to the teaching they receive inside the classroom it is all first class. We have seen a tremendous improvement in all academic areas for both of our children. Not only in the classroom but outside the classroom they have spring sing and a graduation for the kids. They also incorporate days where parents can come have lunch with their kids. If you have to pick a school, this is the one!

  As a parent, I feel like I need to say something because what’s going on at this center is honestly concerning. At first, everything seems fine on the surface, smiles, photos, and friendly greetings, but after a while, you start to notice the inconsistency. Staff turnover is very high, and it makes you wonder why so many teachers keep leaving. Children need stability, and that just doesn’t seem to be a priority here. Communication is also very selective. Certain issues are addressed immediately, while others are brushed off or quietly handled behind the scenes. As a parent, that lack of transparency is unsettling. We trust these centers with our children, and we deserve honesty. I’ve also noticed that some teachers who genuinely care and connect with the kids don’t seem to last long, which raises even more questions about the environment behind closed doors. With everything I’ve been hearing lately, including concerns being raised at a higher level, I would strongly encourage other parents to ask questions, stay observant, and not ignore their instincts. Our kids deserve a safe, supportive, and consistent environment, and right now, I’m not fully confident that this place is providing that.

  Best school I found in Franklin after 6 months of search. My son (4 yrs old) had great time here. The teachers (Ms.Dawn & Ms. Lara) were just awesome. Everyone is super friendly and never had any complaints from any corner. The way they teach and care is fantastic. My son shows great improvement in first 3 months itself.
