  I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose of Cool Springs. All four of my young children are thriving from infant room to kindergarten. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, caring, patient, and attentive. They genuinely get to know each of my children as individuals and it is obvious how much they truly care about them. My children are happy to go each day, and as a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your children are somewhere they feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. The communication has been wonderful in each and every class, and I always feel informed and included in what is happening throughout their days. The kindness and dedication have been consistent across the board. From the welcoming voice of Director Cristina to the cheerful smiles from Ms Sara,assistant Director, and Ms Cassandra,education director, it is such a pleasure to walk in the building each day. They have truly become such an important part of our family’s lives. I especially want to recognize the amazing owner, Rebecca. She truly goes above and beyond for every child and family. You can tell this is so much more than a business to her. She genuinely loves and cares about the children. She is compassionate, involved, approachable, and has created such a warm and loving environment. I can genuinely say that I am incredibly grateful we found Primrose. Knowing all four of my children are being cared for by people who genuinely love what they do gives me so much peace of mind. I would recommend them without hesitation to any parent positive environment for their children. We are so thankful for every teacher and staff member who loves and cares for our babies each day! 💛

  I recommend Primrose at Cool Springs as our #1 Choice for daycare. The teachers staff, and overall experience have exceed our expectations, and we are very grateful for the care and support provided to our kids.

  This is the worst day care ever with poor curriculum and money hungry management. They take advantage of automated payments and will charge you even though you gave 2 week notice that you are going to leave. The owner was never there and would never respond even after reaching out to her multiple times. Be careful with this daycare and please do your research before you enroll your child.

  The staff at Primrose Cool Springs are wonderful. My daughter is so happy everyday I pick her up. Highly recommend this daycare.

  We absolutely love Primrose in Cool Springs. From the very first day, the staff made our son feel comfortable and happy, and that sense of warmth has never wavered. The curriculum structure is thoughtful and well-designed, and the classrooms are set up perfectly for each age group. You can tell that real care went into creating spaces where kids can learn, play, and grow at every stage. But above everything else, it's the people that make Primrose truly special. The teachers and staff have built an environment where our son thrives, and where we as parents feel genuinely good about where he's spending so much of his time. We couldn't recommend Primrose more highly. It's been the best decision for our family.
