  The staff at this KinderCare is amazing, and attentive! When my kids first attended this daycare it was during Covid, and I was apprehensive about having them attend any daycare. These ladies made me feel secure in the decision I made sending them here. Both of my kids successfully completed the Pre-School program that they have here. There were a lot of friendships and relationships that my children and I were able to make while they attended. I am forever grateful for the staff and everything they did to ensure my kids safety, education, and needs were met. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a daycare to send their kids to.

  I absolutely LOVE the KinderCare of Plum. I've used another daycare in the vicinity and have taught in various child cares in the area. And this one is by far the best! They are very friendly and informative, and with all of the covid restrictions I love that they upload info and pics into the app throughout the day!

  Where do I start with KinderCare? My family started at the Plum location when my boys were 3 and 7 they are now 17 and 22 . KinderCare was wonderful then and still is . I had my daughter later in life and she started when she was 6 weeks old. We set up a tour of the location as it had been many years since being there. We were welcomed at the front lobby by the director Jamie who was very welcoming . She walked us through the center explaining each classroom as we went . Upon entering the infant room i was introduced to the lead teacher that explained the daily routine. She directed us to the family board showing how there would be a monthly curriculum my daughter would be following and learning from. This was not just a daycare it was a learning environment for my daughter to grow and develop. This center helped raised my daughter and shared in many of her milestones. She loved all of her teachers from infants to kindergarten Not only did this center care for my children they also open their doors and offered me the best job I ever had. I started at KinderCare in 2015 as a floating teacher and was soon offered the lead position in the toddler room. I would still be working there today if i hadn't moved so far away . My coworkers and the management were amazing . Many lasting friendships were made so much that I still call these ladies my FAMILY and miss them dearly. If you are looking for a center that is going to care for and nurture your child then I definitely recommend KinderCare.

  I would give this a 3.5 if that was an option. There are great things and not so great things about this place but I never felt my child was unsafe or went uncared for. We picked kindercare for many reasons but a big factor was scheduling (i do not have a set schedule but would provide my schedule 4-6 weeks ahead of time). I picked this facility when I was 12 weeks pregnant and my son was no longer able to attend around 17 months old as they changed their policy on scheduling. While I understand this is a company and therefore, is interested in money, I could not believe loyal families were having to leave because of this issue. I would think the schedule changes would not apply to current families but enforced on newcomers. My child has been there from 12 weeks-17 months and had to switch after we were used to the teachers, the facility etc. I'm not sure how this is in the best interest of the children. However, while we were there we were very happy. Ms Kelsey was amazing when my son was in the infant room (luckily she floats around so we still got to see her) and Ms Devon and Ms Heather always had fun with my son and would send home great pictures. My son was in a third room and I was never introduced to the teacher and I honestly don't even know her name. i think some staff (mainly front office) could have appeared a little friendlier but were professional none the less. If it weren't for the schedule change I would still be attending but now that we're at a new facility there are some things I didn't notice were an issue until after I left. For example, it's a learning center so I'm not sure why we have to pay extra for things like phonics/reading , our children should be learning these things for no extra fee (that's included where I am currently attending). There are hidden fees for extra classes that are things I feel kids should be receiving regardless (as stated above this is considered a learning center and not a cheap one) . Although my child is a young toddler, I never felt he was being taught anything. Of course I'm not unreasonable but I thought he would be learning once in the toddler room and it didn't appear that was the case. I'm not sure if it's the age and things are clicking or new facility we use (or a combo) but since we left my son knows all his body parts, animal noises and some sign language. With all that being said, Overall I would have to say I felt my kid was happy and safe during his time which is most important. I would still be attending if I didn't have to leave. These negative things I mentioned are things I didn't know up front.
