  Today is the last day of 10+ years at KinderCare North Hills. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful this staff has been or how thankful I am to them for the support they have oven me and kids this entire time. The director (Krista) has been with the center since I walked in on day one and her consistency and leadership has lead to the consistency of staff my kids have had the privilege to learn from - So many of the teachers have been there our entire tenure. Krista has worked with me through changing work schedules and needs through the year and I couldn’t be happier. And above all else, my kids have received an amazing education from teachers who truly care. They have been so prepared for school by going through KinderCare. Could not recommend more!

  Amazing people teachers director, but kindercare squeezes them to their last drop, making so instead of being care takers, they r cleaning, making crafts, making decorations, instead of doing what we pay them for, watch our kids, they become so sick all the time on top of it all,short staffed, all the kids mixing getting sick in that tiny building, being told my 2 year old has to zip coat, fully potty trained etc is ridiculous!! What I hated the most is kids constantly coming out w underwear down from bathroom sometimes crying, nobody cared for their privacy, maybe it's me, I'm not comfortable w kids coming out of bathroom without pants, there is male teacher too,kindercare needs to have separate positions for decoration, cleaning and buildings r too small, and help kids not get sick , so glad we left!paid more for sick days than care,

  My kids have been going to North Hills Kindercare for about 3 years. I had toured several daycares prior to deciding on this particular facility as this was our first time using daycare. I can honestly say the teachers and staff treat both of my kids like family. They went above and beyond when my son was diagnosed with a bleeding disorder at which time higher management made sure that all of the staff was aware of him and his special needs. My kids enjoy going every morning and I feel confident that I’m leaving my kids in competent and caring hands. North Hills Kindercare is highly recommended by my family!

  My son has attended North Hills KinderCare for over a year and in comparison to toddlers his age who attend other daycares, he is very advanced. One key differentiator for my family would be the care the teachers have for my child. An example of this would be, during the COVID pandemic when all daycares were closed, North Hills KinderCare created a Facebook page where they performed circle time and more for the children. When we inquired with friends as to what other daycares were doing during the pandemic, we realized that North Hills KinderCare was the only daycare helping parents continue to advance their children during this difficult time. I appreciate and recommend North Hills KinderCare.

  KinderCare North Hills has been wonderful since the first day. We have been here for over 2 years. They have a great curriculum that teaches both academics and social skills. Each day/week/month has a focus and theme. The teachers are kind and patient. My daughter stills says hello to her infant teachers. The teachers and administrators are always available to discuss questions and concerns. They provide daily updates about the day's activities. They are always cooking, reading, dancing, coloring/creating art, and free playing. Even the administrators are involved in the classroom activities, reading and dancing with the kids. It truly feels like a collaborative team effort of the entire staff. The outdoor play areas are separated into age appropriate areas, creating safe and fun playing. The teachers try to allow the kids to play outside often, which is great for burning energy. I believe that my daughter has benefitted in countless areas: socially by interacting with other kids and teachers and learning manners; academically, knowing the alphabet, colors, counting; nutritionally with healthy meals and snacks provided by the center. I cannot imagine my child being anywhere else. She loves KinderCare and is excited to go school with her friends. I've recommended KinderCare to friends and family.
