  KindCare is Absolutely Amazing! My daughter has made incredible progress thanks to the caring team at KindCare. Every time she’s upset at drop-off, the staff immediately attend to her like she’s their own child, which means the world to me. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and personalized attention have created such a supportive environment where she feels safe and encouraged. I’m beyond grateful for everything KindCare has done for our family and am so happy to be part of the amazing family at KinderCare! Carly, the director, has made an amazing impact on everything here at KinderCare and has completely turned this place around for the better!

  My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost a year now and she loves going there. She always excited to see her teachers in the morning and they do a lot of fun activities for the kids.

  I wouldn't waste your time signing your child up to attend this daycare. All of the staff is severely undertrained and underpaid. There will be class closures at a very short terms notice with very little refund or what the call "credits" giving back to your family. My child wasn't in the infant room, but what I noticed is that they leave the infants to cry a lot and it's sad. They will also scam you if your young and they think you don’t know any better. They charged me infants prices although my daughter was a toddler and wouldn't change the rate for months. Claimed it was a system error as if I was stupid. But I needed help with care and didn't want to risk any problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!

  They are scamming people out of money. I am only supposed to pay $40 a week and have missed 1 full week and now my payment is $200. They are a SCAM. Melissa the director refuses to call me. I do not recommend any black parents to send they child here.

  Update: 10/1/2025 I’ve been here a few years and they’ve gone through LOTS of changes. I’m glad that things finally seem to be consistent with teacher retention. I certainly appreciate the level of communication they provide and their effort to create a safe learning environment. I can tell that they care about the kids, and I’d absolutely recommend this daycare center! Original post 4 years ago: My experience with East Pittsburgh KinderCare has been wonderful and exciting! In the infant room, the babies are alert, content, and clean. Every time I visit, they are happy and there is some form of stimulation such as singing, talking, or on the floor activities. I am thankful for the level of communication provided by staff regarding activities and childcare. The most important part of my experience is the level of cleanliness that occurs daily! When I enter the room at drop off and pick up, the staff is cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the room. Additionally, the level of cleanliness provided by the staff is vital given that we’re still in the middle of a pandemic. The mask requirement and established protocols to keep the babies and kids safe is much appreciated! Keep up the great work, East Pittsburgh KinderCare!
