- QSQuay StylesFeb 9, 20261.0Please make sure you have proof that you gave atleast 2week notice before pulling your baby out of Kindercare or they will charge you over $600. I was charged eventhough the Director was made aware 2weeks ahead of time that I was not happy with the care. They only care about money. This location and director was very unwelcoming and barely had any interaction with the children. No greetings, no smiles. This is a daycare, everyone should be joyful spirits around kids. My baby slept most of the day and was not fed well. She was starving every single time I came to pick her up. I would bring snacks and the babies would run to me for them. I emailed the Director and she did not respond. I do not recommend this place.

We love seeing her grow and thrive in such a nurturing environment. It makes us so happy to see how much she enjoys going to school! She continues to learn and grow in the care of the amazing staff there and we could not have asked for a better center! Thank you to the wonderful staff of Downtown Pittsburgh KinderCare!
