  I came In for a tour , I was really looking forward to coming in for a tour for my 3 year old. I was scheduled at 2:30 but came in a bit earlier because of my work schedule . I did discuss this on the phone. I didnt think it would be an issue because I came at 2 and most likely Im touring for 5 minutes . I walked in rung the bells the staff took their time opening the door , so I thought maybe they didnt hear it and rung it again and the lady in the office said she coming giving me attitude very condescending. She opens the door and said how can I help you and I tell her I have a tour scheduled . She asks for my name and then saids I had you for 2:30 and I told her I have to work I was hoping to be seen earlier if possible . She tells me to wait 10 minutes because she had something to do which I understand but how she came off to me turned me off. After waiting for a couple minutes I just figured the school was not for me . It rubbed me the wrong way. I didnt like that experience at all. I seen the school has good reviews but for me to come in person and experience the opposite sucks . Maybe it was an off day but I just got up and cancelled my schedule tour .

  We absolutely love Kindercare! The teachers are so caring and patient — they treat every child like their own. My little one has grown so much since starting here and always comes home smiling. The center is warm, clean, and full of love. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my child feels safe, happy, and truly cared for. I highly recommend this center ❤️

  Both of our daughters attended Old City KinderCare, and we've been thrilled with the experience. Kim, Wanda and the staff provided a caring, safe, clean environment for our girls to grow and learn. They provide great visibility throughout the day thru the KinderCare app, and including photos that always make us feel reassured that our girls are doing well day to day. The variety of classes they offer for different age groups is a big help, and the hours they offer are particularly helpful for us work-wise. Would recommend to any parents!

  Don’t have enough kind words to describe how incredible this daycare is. It’s like a family. Enough said. Your child will be loved. Moving away and have to withdraw our son, and the thing we’ll miss most about the area is how wonderful kindercare old city is.

  Wow!! I am so grateful they opened! The entire team is high quality, responsive and enthusiastic. It is clear they love the kids. As a first time nervous mom - I’ve been impressed with how well my 11mo son has been doing at this center. They are great with him and my specific mom requests and are so kind with every interaction. And I am incredibly happy to keep an eye on him through the day via their app - which has plans and pictures and his schedule. Thank you to the wonderful team at Old City KinderCare - especially his teachers Bridget and Reina and the program specialist LaToya - and the Director Tracy!! I have only high praise for you all.
