  Title: Amazing teachers and wonderful experience My son has been attending Eden Road KinderCare since he was three and a half years old. Now he is five and in the Pre-K class. His main teachers, Ms. Amber and Ms. Paige, are truly wonderful. At first, we were concerned because English is not his first language, and we were not sure if he would be able to keep up with the other children. After we returned from a short trip to Japan, he went through a difficult period for about two months where he was switching between English and Japanese, and he sometimes cried in the morning. During that time, Ms. Amber often updated us on how he was doing at the center. She even labeled some of his classroom items in Japanese to help him feel more comfortable and supported. Ms. Paige has also always taken great care of him and regularly sends us lovely photos through the app. Thanks to their kindness and dedication, our son overcame that phase. He no longer hesitates to speak and learn English. He has made many friends, including his best friend, and continues to learn something new every day. Ms. Amber also gave us a great opportunity to discuss his progress over the past few months, and she told us he is ready for kindergarten. We truly appreciate everything the staff has done for him. Ms. Amanda also helps out in the Pre-K classroom sometimes and is always very kind. We also truly appreciate Ms. Dorothy for preparing delicious meals for the children every day. Ms. Lindsay and Ms. Lisa are also excellent as the director and assistant director. The center is very organized too. Highly recommend!

  My oldest daughter is 4 and we have been using this center for her and her younger sister since she has been 3 months old. I can say that something that has ALWAYS been true is the love and care that has been provided for my girls. They have always loved their teachers. Right now my oldest has Ms. Amber who she absolutely adores. Ms. Amber has always provided such caring individualized care. My younger daughter has Ms. Dean who she is always so excited to spend time with. Ms. Emily, Ms. Amber, Ms Amanda, Ms Elise, Ms Kyla, Ms Sam,Ms Lori, Ms Daria, Ms Paige, Ms. Elysha, Ms. Ashlynn: literally all the staff (I know I have missed some in between but everyone has always been amazing). The center director. Ms Lindsay has always been a pleasure to work with. She is professional and personable and I always enjoy chatting with her. She has always been very fair no matter what is going on. Ms. Lisa always shows warmth and care. Ms. Dot is always busy in the AM making sure the kids have food prepped and ready, but takes time to say good morning when I pass by. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone who needs to have their child in a daycare, this center makes it feel more than just a daycare.

  My husband and I have enjoyed our experience with Eden Road KinderCare. The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. I look forward to pickup each day not only because I get to see my daughter, but because I enjoy hearing about our daughter’s day and how she’s been progressing from her teachers, Miss Sam and Miss Katy. We also really appreciate all the updates we get through the app throughout the day.

  We’ve had a really positive experience with the infant room at KinderCare Learning Center on Eden Road. The standout for us has been Ms. Sam, she has truly gone above and beyond to connect with our daughter. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that kind of consistency and warmth means everything when you’re leaving your baby in someone else’s care. Our daughter absolutely lights up around her. Ms. Katy has also been wonderful and so fun! She is consistently so kind with our baby, and it never goes unnoticed. And I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Amanda, who has since moved up from the infant room. She was the one who made me feel truly comfortable in those early days when my daughter started at just about 4 months old. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, and I could tell right away that my baby felt safe with her. It really took a load off being able to trust someone with my baby! One of my favorite parts of KinderCare is how connected they keep you throughout the day. The daily pictures and food logs make a huge difference. It’s reassuring to see her throughout the day. Communication overall has been strong, which I really value. The infant room team does a great job at both drop-off and pickup, clearly communicating how the day went and sharing helpful details. No place is perfect, but whenever something hasn’t been ideal, the team has responded quickly and compassionately. I do feel like I can bring up any issues I’m having and they will respond. Overall, I’m just happy my baby has a safe and loving environment to spend her day in! Thank you all!!

  We have had a great experience at Eden Road KinderCare. Our son has been attending for a little over a year, starting in preschool and now in Pre-K, and we’ve seen so much positive growth during that time. Ms. Amber and Ms. Paige have been wonderful teachers—very kind, patient, and strong in communication. It’s clear they create a supportive and structured environment where the kids feel safe and engaged. Our son comes home constantly sharing new words, ideas, and random facts he’s picked up, which has been really fun to see. He was quite shy before starting, but has become much more open and social with other children, and has even formed a close group of friends in his class. We did briefly try another KinderCare location that was more convenient for us, but ultimately chose to return to Eden Road because the experience here was noticeably better. The staff have consistently been kind, understanding, and communicative. Drop-off and pickup flexibility has also been a big help for our schedule. Overall, we feel confident and comfortable leaving our child there every day, and we’re grateful for the care and attention he receives.
