My son is currently in the toddler class with Ms. Sarah, Ms. Hannah, and Ms. Alon. They are wonderful. He is well taken care of and I can tell he’s had a full but fun day. Principal Stacey is helpful and always around to answer questions or say hello. We’re really happy with his care at CB North Pointe!

Both of my kiddos go to the North Pointe location of Chesterbrook Academy, and we LOVE it here. Miss Lala and Mr. Jason have my youngest, who can certainly be a challenge and they’ve done such a great job teaching her and being patient. Miss Ayanna and Miss Melyssa currently have my oldest, but they have had both of my kiddos! They are wonderful! They all love our kiddos like their own and take a vested interest in their growth and development. I have peace of mind sending my kiddos here, knowing that they will be well taken care of.

Our son goes to the North Pointe location in Lancaster and we have had a great experience with them so far. He has been attending Chesterbrook since he was 4 months old, and he is well taken care of there by the teachers and staff. He learns so much and we love getting multiple picture updates daily showing the activities he participates in.

We have been part of the Chesterbrook community for almost 9 years now. All 3 of my children have attended and I cannot say enough great things about them. I highly recommend sending your kids to Chesterbrook Academy!

My child doesn’t really learn anything there. He doesn’t cry anymore during drop off but he asks daily to stay home rather than go there. Before we moved here, he would cry to go to his preschool and almost daily would come home and have learned something new. Everyone is friendly here which is nice I just think the educational aspect of things is just on paper. Their daily summaries are useless and don’t actually reflect what actually happened during the day, it’s just them checking a box. If you just need a place for your child because of work or personal things, it’s ok. Last thing is COMMUNICATION. Getting a response back or a call back or update about anything on all levels is like pulling teeth. Such a simple thing that apparently is hard to do and I understand they have staffing issues and are busy but I have waited more than a week for responses or updates and I ultimately eventually catch whomever in the center to get an answer/response.
