I’ve had my son at this KinderCare since he was 6 weeks old and he is 5 now and about to graduate out of the program and head to Kindergarten, we have had nothing short of a fantastic experience from day one and it all starts and ends with the absolutely phenomenal teachers at this center. Started in the infant room with Miss Regina who made those first days away from him so easy and seamless. He loved going to her each and every morning and I always felt that he was being loved just as much with her as he would have been with me. Next to the Toddler room with Miss Catherine who was the absolute best. She made the transition into the bigger room a breeze and always kept even the hardest days positive and she always had a smile on her face. She always has a positive attitude and I never doubted that my son was getting the upmost care and love with her. My son STILL loves her and hugs her when he sees her. She genuinely loves each child and treats them with respect, and cares for them with such grace. He moved onto other rooms with teachers no longer with the center but had great experiences in those classes as well. He moved into Preschool with Miss Tina who has the patience of a saint. She was always great with making everything fun for the kids and every single day my son would come home excited to tell me about what he did that day with her. She always kept me up to date with everything going on with my son and went the extra mile to send me pictures and cute stories or quotes that I had missed during the day. I will always be so appreciative for everything my son learned with Miss Tina and all the time and care she put into everything she did. Now he is currently in Pre-Kindergarten with Ms.Carol. To say I am forever in her debt is an understatement. She made coming back from Covid a complete breeze and made me always feel safe and secure that my son was being kept safe and in a stable environment. She has gone above and beyond simply “getting him ready for Kindergarten” and has made him a star. He comes home each and every day and tells me everything they do and everything Ms.Carol has taught him. From his letters, to his love of numbers, to helping him hold a pencil correctly, to spelling and writing, to learning and writing sight words, to teaching him Spanish...the list goes on and on. But most importantly Ms.Carol has given my son CONFIDENCE and for that and so much more I am forever grateful. Some honorable mentions of teachers he never had in class but have taken the time to get to know him and help him... Ms.Suzan for all the hugs, well wishes, and love over the years. Ms.Claire for always saying good morning and checking in when things get tough. Ms.Tricia for her endless help in Phonics, for her patience and guidance when I was completely clueless on how to help my son and find what works best for him. For all the tricks and songs that got him learning without even realizing it, and for giving my baby confidence when he and I had none. Miss Annette for all the guidance, support, good mornings, and little things that make everything run smoothly and showing up every day with a smile on her face even when things weren’t great. There have been many other fantastic teachers over the years and I know my son has been blessed with the people that have shaped his youngest years and I am forever grateful beyond words for everything each and every one of them have done for my son and my family. Happy Teacher Appreciation Week ladies, you deserve more than I could ever give ❤️

We have the very best teachers. The infant class is AMAZING (shout out the ladies, as Kindercare should bonus you guys out in the top tier). The Toddler room run by Ms. Suzanne, Ms. Catherine and Ms Kayla are fantastic. After my kiddies left the infant room, these ladies had patience of GOD to deal with the first two weeks. They are kind, caring, and everything you want in caregivers. They love my little kids. Then there is DPS Pre-school....which Ms. Kaya and Ms. Claire are wonderful. They have a class of 2 year olds - they potty train, teach sight words, count, so music, play outside, and love the kids. You walk into any room, and it is decorated with the kids artwork, has music playing, and books all around. The ONLY corporate Kindercare policy that is awful is that the company cut the professional cleaning crew. Kindercare Corporate indicates the teachers can clean nightly. That fundamentally annoys me and makes me angry because I want my teachers to be 100% focused on their students and not about cleaning toys at night. I have written Kindercare corporate, and the answer is that the teachers will clean better than professionals because it is their classroom. Kindercare - you can do better then this .... my kiddies teachers love their kids. That is their job - not to clean toilets. Put the cleaning contract back in place!
