  We are so happy with our decision to enroll my son in Kindercare Hershey! He has thrived there and learned many new things, they take them outside to play a lot whenever the weather is good and the teachers and center leadership is outstanding. Ms Angelica and Ms Kaylee are wonderful leaders and you can tell they truly care about each of the kids. The toddler teachers Ms Gia, Ms Grace and Ms Katie are so kind and great with the kids my son isn’t even two and sings many songs, knows his ABC’s and can count to 15! They do crafts and learn new things each day, we couldn’t be happier with the team and facility!

  KinderCare of Hershey demonstrates high-quality education, and secure & nurturing environments for both of my children 6years old and 4 months old. If it were not for the directors (Angelica & Kaylee), all the teachers on each end of the building. Miss. Jasmine to Miss Quisa. This team has demonstrates positivity and kindness from start to finish. We will always recommend the Kindercare of Hershey !

  Kindercare Hershey has been absolutely amazing, both my son and daughter go to school here and they have seriously changed my daughters everyday academics! They are so caring, sweet and patient with her I am so overally thankful for kaylee, megan, jasmine, laqasha!

  First of all, this review is not a reflection on the teachers we had at Kindercare. Both of our children loved their teachers and had good experiences. However, the teachers were the only bright spot in our experience. We experienced frequent, unplanned closures of classrooms, as well as frequently moving our children to different classrooms away from their friends and known teachers in order to meet staffing rations. They had a taking enrollments sign up by the street at the same time they were closing early because of lack of staffing. There were no rules for the children and subsequently no consequences for misbehavior. This resulted in out of control classrooms and I frequently heard teachers yelling at kids. My two year old unfortunately learned new misbehaviors at the Center due the lack of control. Last but not least, we experienced issues with our account balance several times and both times required me to follow up multiple times in order for the balance to be corrected to the amount we owed. In summary, I cannot recommend this center unless you want teachers yelling at or simple ignoring your child, and have someone in your life to pick your child up early on a regular basis
