PHASE 4’s TWOFOLD MISSION
To provide an exceptional education for at-risk individuals that focuses on their academic, social, behavioral, and future needs, enabling them to graduate from high school prepared for a career pathway

To establish partnerships with employers, higher education programs, the U.S. Military and community organizations to meet the needs of the region’s employment sectors by preparing and connecting PHASE 4’s participants to the appropriate career path.
