High Road School of Southern York bridges the gap
in education for students with a range of unique
challenges, including autism spectrum disorders and
intellectual disabilities. We deliver highly structured
academic and behavioral instruction and social skills
training, and help to build and nurture healthy peer
relationships.
Curricula are based on each student’s Individualized
Education Program (IEP). Following the IEP road maps, we guide and track each student's academic and behavioral progress with tailored lesson
plans, small class sizes, personalized attention, and
positive behavior reinforcement. These program
components help to ensure our students achieve
success and enjoy rewarding futures.
