  Dear Knowledge Beginnings Team, As Vivi moves on to kindergarten, our family wants to thank you so much for all the love, care, patience, and dedication you have given her over the past years. You had welcomed our family when we moved from Los Angeles and needed care the most. 🙏🏼 Vivi has had such a wonderful experience, made beautiful memories, and grown so much during her time with you. We are truly grateful for the positive impact each of you has had on her life. It is never easy to say goodbye to a place that has felt like a second home. 😢 Thank you for creating such a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment for our daughter.   I walked in on my 4 month old getting roughly rocked back and forth in his crib, so hard that his tiny face was jolting side to side . All while she was telling him to shut up . He was crying so loud that she didn’t hear me walk in . I let the director know what happened and they tried to minimize the situation. She was being so rough with my baby that I felt the need to take him to the ER to make sure he didn’t have baby shaken syndrome

  Terrible daycare center allows only one parent to be in charge of child’s app and also will not work kid going on visitation with dad also if you are a split parent do not use this daycare terrible Toby and Beth also are not on the same page as well Update called the number they gave on here got told there sorry then they said I would here from the district manager in 24 to 48 hours never heard from her

  All of the teachers and staff are fantastic with our son. They truly care about him and his development. They are in constant communication with us and have done a great job recruiting high quality staff. Each time he moves from one class to another (growing up!) we find another excellent teacher. Everyone is excellent. We feel supported as this was his first daycare. They were so patient and reassuring to us as first time parents. Now, at almost 3, and he loves going to daycare. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great childcare.

  Love the TEACHERS, curriculum and the facility. My daughter has been attending KB since she was 5 months old, and is now 3.5 years old. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. When she was an infant, we toured several facilities, and this one stood out above the rest. Clean facility, professional staff; our daughter's safety, development and education always come first with them. They work with us to meet our needs, are always super nice and meet our daughter with welcoming smiles every morning. We loved the results of our daughter being enrolled in the "math" and music class. I can always get ahold of the Director/Asst Director during the day via phone or email when I need to check in on my daughter or ask them a question, which has not been my experience at other facilities. This school is a little bit more $ than their KinderCare sister company, and other facilities in the area, but it is well worth it in my opinion. You get what you pay for. I read the other reviews for KB, and while I can't speak to some of the comments, I would like offer that the teachers in the infant room speak English fluently (despite the previous review's comment), are they amazing!!! My daughter still to this day wants to swing by the infant room to say hi to Ms. Suha. Shout out to Ms. Lindsay and Ms. Paige too while I'm at it. We have loved all of the teachers our daughter has had these past 3 years and fully support this school. I encourage anyone looking for an educational, more than just a day care atmosphere for their young one, to check out Knowledge Beginnings.
