- TTTiffany TraphaganJun 20, 20221.0Bad experience, very negative about everything. Felt singled out because I was using erdc as payment. Also told them my son hasn’t been in daycare since covid and may need some time adjusting. They immediately began writing up every small thing he did for example if my son played with the light in the bathroom, was restless at the beginning of nap time or maybe touched another kids water bottle it was the end of the world on his daily report. Instead of redirecting him and using positive reinforcement they would make it seem like it was such a problem. I work full time and need child care to make a living not be stressed out about every little thing my son does, I thought adults were in charge.
