  I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this daycare. The directors, Christina and Bailee, are absolutely incredible. They are so involved, friendly, and genuinely caring people. You can tell they truly love what they do, and that care trickles down into every classroom. My 1-year-old has been in both the infant room and the toddler room, and every single teacher has been amazing. Communication has always been great, anytime I needed anything, they were willing to work with me and be supportive. One small example that meant so much to me: they always made it a priority to make sure my son had a clean diaper right before pickup because we have a long commute home. That kind of thoughtfulness really shows how much they care. My son struggles with drop-off, and they consistently give him the extra love and comfort he needs until he’s calm. As a mom, that reassurance means everything. I have always felt that he was safe, loved, and truly cared for. I also love that for picture day, one of their own teachers takes the photos instead of using a big company like Lifetouch. The app is another huge plus I love getting updates and seeing photos of him having so much fun throughout the day. I unfortunately have to switch daycares due to a job change, and I honestly hate that I have to leave. It really sucks because this place has been such a blessing for our family. I can’t say enough how much these teachers truly care, and I will always be grateful for the love and support they’ve given my child. 💛

  Amazing and kind staff very clean facility. The staff understand your family and there needs. They are hands on and work well with kiddos.

  My kiddo is on his second year at the Downtown KinderCare in, and we couldn't be happier. Saying the teachers genuinely care about the kids is an understatement. To drop your child off for hours with people you don't know is the scariest things you can do. But trust me when I say their teachers will feel like family to you in no time. Along with all the love, the curriculum and supplemental classes are very engaging and well worth the money. They offer a STEM class, and now my 5 year old tells me about coding! He's also a picky eater, so we signed him up for cooking class, hoping that would expand his tastes. Yesterday, they made kale chip!! After his time at the center, I know he is going to be more than ready for kindergarten!!

  Absolutely top-notch staff - the teachers are AMAZING. Can't say enough about the experience we've had with the Downtown KinderCare location - fantastic activities and curriculum, highly professional and compassionate teachers (with both the kids and the parents!!), and the management is awesome.

  Our 13 months old daughter is going here and we love the place! qualified team, energetic and caring teachers !! The facility is clean and the communication from them is great! We see that she is having fun there and we recommend it to all!!
