We put a $75 deposit down 4 years ago to put our child on the waitlist. We were never contacted when a spot became available. I went in a few months ago to get it refunded but have not been reimbursed. I called to follow up but have not heard back.

Our son just went here for 15 days and we just moved him out of this school. This school has same problem as any big day care. Teachers dont try to understand kids or make them feel comfortable. When we drop our son, neither of teachers say hi to my son. They were just busy on thier own. As my son was new, he felt left out and started not liking this school. We used to sped hours convincing him to go. Despite we spoke with those teachers nothing changed. Also, my son hardly eat food here but app shows he eat all. Since we were not happy with this school we told front desk that we want to discontinue the school as brought that issue that my son is not eating. Front desk lady said we have to give one month notice no matter what. She is not bothered about kid at all. We showed all proof but she reluctant. These kind of people are running this school with just looking for money. After talking to principal, she finally agreed to discontinue. The app they use is next to junk. Photos are in gallery and updates are in calendar. Over all unpleasant experience Despite charging heavy fees. Only good thing is big class room and play area. Thats why 2 stars rating. If you are sending kids to day care , look fot good teachers and not just building.

Principal Courtney, the admin team/front office and specifically the pre-kinder teachers (Ms. Amy and Ms. Simin) have made our time at Touchstone such an incredible experience. They are respectful, kind and warm while still maintaining boundaries, teaching and getting kids ready for Kinder. Can't recommend enough!

My daughter has been attending this preschool part-time for the past two years, and we’ve had such a positive experience. The teachers are caring and patient. She loves going to school and has fun in a safe and nurturing environment.

Amazing school. Awesome teachers and amazing principle. My middle and younger son go here. They are in pre-K and toddler rooms. The teachers in both rooms are really caring, polite, and friendly. They are always smiling and welcoming. It truly comes across how much they love what they do and care for our children. Love love this school. I highly recommend it. I wish they provided lunch to the kids but that’s not a negative comment just a recommendation to further simplify parents life busy schedules :-)
