Phagans' Central Oregon Beauty College

We love teaching and have been preparing students for entry level employment in the professional beauty industry for over 50 years. We offer programs in Hair Design, Esthetics, Nail Technology and Barbering. We have customized our curriculum to deliver a meaningful and comprehensive education to our students, with LifeSkills classes integrated throughout our programs. In our Student Salons, we offer services to the public that provide a great experience in personalized hair, barbering, skin and nail beauty care. Our students apply the skills they learned in the classroom on our student salon guests and are closely supervised by licensed professional educators.
