  I would not recommend this daycare. Based on my experience, there are serious concerns about cleanliness, as children’s sheets do not appear to be washed regularly. I’ve also noticed situations where classrooms seemed to be out of proper ratios. I’m especially concerned about how incidents are handled—communication with parents about injuries has not always been transparent. There are also issues with how staff are treated, including being expected to contribute their own money for parent gifts and events. Overall, this raised significant concerns for me, and I encourage parents to look closely before enrolling their children.

  Excellent learning institution where children are taught to learn and embrace curiosity. Phenomenal teachers who are dedicated to the well being of the children in their classrooms and solid leadership from school director Stacy Prince.

  We are happy about our experience at the Primrose School of West Orange so far. My infant boy has been attending since they opened. The teachers are fantastic. After the initial adjustment period, my son now smiles at drop-offs and cannot wait to spend the day with his friends. The administrative staff has also been incredibly helpful. They've answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the school's policies and procedures. Even though my son is just an infant, I appreciate that the school organizes events for families to get involved in. It's a great way to meet other parents and get to know the community. Lastly, I love that the school has an on-site chef who prepares nutritious meals for the children. As a new mom, I worry a lot about making sure my son is eating the right things, so it's great to know that he's getting a healthy meal each day. Overall, I would highly recommend the school. It's been such a positive experience for us, and we feel fortunate to have found such a caring and nurturing environment for our little one.

  Our 6 month old daughter started attending Primrose at 13 weeks when we went back to work. As first time parents we were extremely nervous about leaving our baby at daycare, and 3 months later we could not be happier with our decision. Primrose has exceeded our expectations in every way. The infant teachers (Ms Nadene and Miss Shatiaa) have been incredible; they seem to genuinely adore our daughter, they send us videos and pictures frequently throughout the day, and they’re enthusiastically engaging her in all of the developmental activities we’re unable to do ourselves during the day as working parents. Our daughter is hitting all of her milestones and lights up when we drop her off each morning. The teacher/baby ratio is fantastic, the administrative staff are lovely, and we have had a truly amazing first daycare experience so far.
