  We’re so grateful to have found Primrose West Orange, where our little one is surrounded by so much love and care. Seeing the sweet bonds he’s building with his teachers makes us so happy. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Natasha, Ms. Wendy, Ms. Deysi, Ms. Cherise, and Ms. Courtney, along with the entire infant team, for the love, patience, and support they give our little one every day. Leaving your baby in someone else’s care isn’t always easy, but knowing he’s in such loving hands means the world to us. And a special thank you to Ms. M and Ms. Ashley for always greeting us with such warmth and kindness. We truly feel like part of the Primrose family!

  We have two kids at Primrose West Orange, and we’ve been so happy with the care they receive! Ms. Gen and Ms. Genesis care so much for my son, and it makes me so happy to see the sweet bonds he’s building with his teachers. Ms. Wendy is such a light, and I love seeing her make my daughter laugh and smile! We’re so grateful for the wonderful care and love they show our kids. ❤️

  We came for the included food and diapers but we stay because of the teachers. Every year every mom worries the next teacher couldn't be as good as the current years, and every year we are just so happy. Right now my oldest son has Ms Genisis and Ms Gen and when I walk out the door to leave I have no doubt in my mind he is loved, safe and happy with those two. Besides that, they are also potty training and teaching him Spanish.

  We truly can’t recommend Primrose of West Orange enough. The teachers and directors (shout out Miss Stacy) are incredibly attentive, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children. They build real relationships with each child, and I always feel confident knowing my daughter is in wonderful hands. The classroom environment is warm, playful, and nurturing, and the children have developed such a beautiful, close-knit bond. When my daughter arrives, her classmates run over to hug her and welcome her. It is really special to see. They make an effort to go above and beyond the basic curriculum. The school organizes wonderful celebrations throughout the year, including a summer bash, Halloween festivities, and Christmas with Santa. They also offer water-play days during the summer, field trips for the older children, and enrichment programs during school hours through excellent outside organizations, including sports and gymnastics. The children spend plenty of time outdoors, weather permitting, and the spacious playground offers fun and age-appropriate challenges. We also really appreciate the varied and nutritious menu, which introduces the children to different proteins, vegetables, carbohydrates, and a wide variety of foods. We like Primrose so much that we were selected for the UPK program at another school, but chose to continue paying tuition and wait for a UPK spot here. That decision says everything about how much we trust and value this school. We feel so fortunate to be part of it and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

  Toured this place in the late fall of 2025 when I was pregnant. Nice facility and the director seemed nice. The cost includes food (not formula) and diapers which is really convenient and unique from the other nearby centers we looked at. Ultimately we passed on registering due to the following. While my husband and I were waiting to start our tour on a bench outside of the infant room, within eyesight of the two teachers in the room, we could overhear the conversation of the two teachers but they must have thought the glass was sound proof. It seemed they were telling a story about other people. Now banter between colleagues is to be expected of course, but the animated use of adult language and details in from of the teachers around these little kids horrified us. Maybe I was overthinking it, but as a first time mom I figured the lack of professionalism to think about their language, especially near prospective parents and ESPECIALLY near little ones who were wide awake, made me uncomfortable with registering our baby despite the convenient location. I regret not speaking to the director in the moment but I hope this leads to a a discussion about safe language around babies.
