  Toured this place in the late fall of 2025 when I was pregnant. Nice facility and the director seemed nice. The cost includes food (not formula) and diapers which is really convenient and unique from the other nearby centers we looked at. Ultimately we passed on registering due to the following. While my husband and I were waiting to start our tour on a bench outside of the infant room, within eyesight of the two teachers in the room, we could overhear the conversation of the two teachers but they must have thought the glass was sound proof. It seemed they were telling a story about other people. Now banter between colleagues is to be expected of course, but the animated use of adult language and details in from of the teachers around these little kids horrified us. Maybe I was overthinking it, but as a first time mom I figured the lack of professionalism to think about their language, especially near prospective parents and ESPECIALLY near little ones who were wide awake, made me uncomfortable with registering our baby despite the convenient location. I regret not speaking to the director in the moment but I hope this leads to a a discussion about safe language around babies.

  I would not recommend this daycare. Based on my experience, there are serious concerns about cleanliness, as children’s sheets do not appear to be washed regularly. I’ve also noticed situations where classrooms seemed to be out of proper ratios. I’m especially concerned about how incidents are handled—communication with parents about injuries has not always been transparent. There are also issues with how staff are treated, including being expected to contribute their own money for parent gifts and events. Overall, this raised significant concerns for me, and I encourage parents to look closely before enrolling their children.

  Excellent learning institution where children are taught to learn and embrace curiosity. Phenomenal teachers who are dedicated to the well being of the children in their classrooms and solid leadership from school director Stacy Prince.

  Primrose has been a godsend for us as parents. We are incredibly at ease knowing our son is in excellent hands. Not only do we adore and trust his teachers, but Sarah, the director has gone above and beyond time and time again. We’re a little sad we didn’t find this gem of a school sooner.
