From the very beginning, this school and the entire staff were incredibly kind, understanding, supportive, and cooperative through all of my fears and questions. Every time I had anxiety or concerns about something, they always took the time to calmly explain everything to me and work with me with so much patience and understanding. That meant more to me than words can say. They made us feel welcomed, heard, and cared for every step of the way. The teachers and staff have been so patient and helpful, and it truly gave me peace of mind seeing how much they genuinely care about the children. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves her school, her teachers, and being there every day. Seeing her happy, comfortable, and excited to go to school means everything to me. I’m very grateful for the positive environment they created for her and for our family.

The community (other parents) are so polite and extremely pleasant to interact with! I can’t forget about the administration and how much they have helped me through so much and made me feel so welcome at Primrose. The director is great and cares about her staff so much. She has made my experience at Primrose very enjoyable and i couldn’t have asked for a better support team. :)

All of the teachers have been stellar, and our son always wants to tell us about how much fun he has every day. We love getting frequent pictures of his adventures and daily lessons on the app. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we've been really impressed by the food too. All of the admin staff there seem to really know our son and his story, and the whole team helped immensely with his first-ever transition into daycare. It's great to know he's so happy at school!
