We started with Primrose Mountainside location when our baby girl was only 5 month old. As a first time parent, it can often feel overwhelming and even a little scary as we navigate all the unknowns in the beginning so we had a lot of back and forth with school staff and infant class teachers. We truly appreciate how school staff and teachers actively listen to our concerns and provide extra updates and info to ease our minds. Additionally, being at primrose helped her to nap better (from contact nap to nap on her own), eat better (trying out new snacks and following baby's cue on feeding), and play better (different sorts of activities that I can never provide at home). Most of all, it's evident that they genuinely enjoy spending time with these little ones which shines thru in everything they do.
Shout out to Ms Beverly and Jackie who helped our baby grow so much!

Primrose School in Mountainside has been an exceptional experience for my child. He began in pre-K here and is now in kindergarten. The school is truly outstanding, especially thanks to Ms. Pam, the director. From day one, she was incredibly supportive. Whenever we have questions or concerns—no matter how busy she was—she always make time to help us. She would schedule meetings, walk us through every step, and provide all the support we need. Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Deepa also played a crucial role. In pre-K, Ms. Gloria was amazing; she paid close attention to his daily progress, where he needed support, and what kind of help he required. My son had some attention difficulties, and she gave him one-to-one time, guiding him personally. Now, in kindergarten, Ms. Andrea, his lead teacher, along with Ms. Radayah, continue to give him full one-to-one attentioN when required. They focus closely on what he needs, what to work on, and they patiently walk him through each step. My son is doing amazingly well. In maths and literacy is also very strong. He is at a really good reading level now, and I can see him growing and thriving so well in his studies. would wholeheartedly give this school a 10 out of 10!

We have had an incredible experience at Primrose. The level of care and attention the staff provides is unmatched, and it’s been amazing to watch our daughter thrive and enjoy herself every day.
The administration does a fantastic job with open communication, and we love the extra touches like themed days and monthly celebrations that make learning so much fun. Our daughter has grown leaps and bounds both socially and academically since she started, and we feel so lucky to be part of this community. A huge thank you to the teachers and staff for everything they do!

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for two of your daycare teachers, Miss Jennie and Miss Stephanie, for the exceptional care, patience, and kindness they showed toward me and my grandson, during daily drop-offs, during the month of January, as my daughter was hospitalized.
Each morning, my grandson found it difficult to separate and was often reluctant to let me (his grandmother) leave. Transitions like this can be stressful for both the child and caregiver, but these two teachers handled the situation with remarkable warmth and professionalism. They consistently stepped in with calm reassurance, gentle encouragement, and thoughtful distraction, helping him feel safe and supported. Their approach not only eased his anxiety but also gave me comfort and confidence that he was in caring hands.
What stood out most was their patience and steady positivity. Rather than rushing the process, they took the time to connect with him, acknowledge his feelings, and guide him into the day’s activities. Their compassion made a meaningful difference and reflects very highly on your center.
The impact of dedicated teachers in moments like these should not go unnoticed.
Warm regards
and my sincere thanks to your entire staff as well.
