  We are extremely happy with our experience at Primrose! Our daughters have absolutely thrived there. The teachers, staff, and management are all so kind, caring, patient, and nurturing. The school is always clean, communication is great, and we've been happy with the curriculum. The large playground is a huge bonus too! We’re so happy we chose Primrose for our daughters. It has been such a positive experience for our family, and we would highly recommend it!

  Our family has been part of the Primrose School of Hillsborough for the past four years, and we truly can't imagine our children being anywhere else. The peace of mind that comes from knowing they are safe, loved, and cared for each day is priceless. If you're a first-time parent and feeling anxious about leaving your baby with someone else, I completely understand—I was there too. But from the moment we met the infant room teachers, Ms. Tori and Ms. Blake, we knew our baby was in the best hands. They loved and cared for our little one as if they were their own. We always joke that they took care of our baby better than we did! 😊 Their patience, kindness, and genuine love for the babies made one of the hardest transitions as parents SO much easier. As our children have grown, every single teacher they've had has been absolutely wonderful. Each one has been caring, patient, and genuinely invested in their development. It's clear they love what they do, and they create an environment where every child feels encouraged, supported, excited to learn, and happy to be there. Even the seasonal summer camp teachers are just as amazing! My son enjoys coming back for the summer to not only see his friends but to see all his favorite teachers. The leadership team (as well as the owners) are exceptional. Ms. Erica and Ms. Robin go above and beyond to create a welcoming, well-run school where both children and families feel supported. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care are evident in everything they do. A special shout-out to the school's chef, Ms. Natalie! She not only prepares delicious, nutritious meals and snacks that the kids love, but she also brightens everyone's day with her cheerful personality. Her smile and positive energy are contagious, and it's obvious how much she cares about making each child's day a little brighter. The communication with families is excellent, the classrooms are clean and inviting, and the curriculum provides the perfect balance of academics, creativity, and play. We've watched our children grow tremendously over the past four years—not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. We are incredibly grateful to be part of the Primrose School of Hillsborough community. There is truly no place we'd rather have our children spend their days. If you're looking for a daycare or preschool where your children will be loved, challenged, encouraged, and genuinely cared for, this is it. We wholeheartedly recommend Primrose to any family—it has been one of the best decisions we've ever made for our children.
