We enrolled our kids, Darren and Jen, at KinderCare in Eatontown, and it’s been a great experience. What really stands out is how the staff treats them as individuals. Darren is more reserved, and they took the time to help him feel comfortable at his own pace. Jen is outgoing, and they’ve done a great job keeping her engaged and excited. Both of them genuinely look forward to going every day, which says everything. The environment feels warm, supportive, and well run. We’re really happy we chose KinderCare in Eatontown and would highly recommend it.

We have had a great experience at Kindercare so far! My daughter started with Ms. Brooke in the infant room in 2024. Her constant calm and the impressive amount of time that she has been at the center was the main reason we chose Kindercare. My daughter pretty immediately bonded with Ms. Amanda too and she still LOVES seeing her around the center. We are currently with Ms. Rosie who has also been with Kindercare for a long time. I cannot say enough good things about her. Entering a room of multiple toddlers and seeing them all playing, engaged, following directions, etc. is literally the work of a magician!! I LOVE how often she sends photos and videos and how she writes a little blurb on what they did that day. Ms. Rosie always seems to have engaging activities planned and it’s so clear that my daughter is in a nurturing, safe, and fun environment! Having breakfast, lunch and snack being included is also SUCH a huge weight off my shoulders!

As a customer of KinderCare since 2019, I can honestly state that the quality of care has declined significantly since new leadership came in last Summer (2023). Since her hire, the culture of the center has shifted. Staff are not supported and she has created a toxic work environment for staff and parents. She is condescending on the phone and in emails to customers, and then gaslights you when you call her out. As a teacher for 20 years, and having lived through COVID, I know that relationships are the basis of child care and education. The current director does not value relationships between staff or families. In the past few months, so many senior staff left for jobs where they felt supported and happy, leaving new and untrained staff coming in and being with my child. The lack of stability for children was not fair to such young children. The few wonderful teachers left probably won’t stay much longer if they have better opportunities or if they can retire. I am heart broken for my child and other children at our center, as so many of these people have been like family to my children and us since my oldest started there at 4 months in 2019. We tremendously miss the old staff who have left. The drastic changes in the center have directly impacted my child, as she often asks where staff and teachers are because they are here one day and gone the next. I would love to know the total number of parents and staff members who have left the center since June of 2023. I have made multiple attempts to discuss these issues with upper leadership via phone calls and emails, and all have fallen upon deaf ears. Emails have gone unanswered and follow ups via phone have yet to come. I continue to wait to hear back from KinderCare family operations/ upper leadership while we look for other possible options for my child.

My daughter attended KinderCare in TN before we relocated to New Jersey and it was my goal to get her into another KinderCare after the move as I was amazed by the center in TN. Unfortunately, the center in eatontown had no space when we first moved so I kept calling every month or so till they had availability in her class. I was ecstatic... The office staffs, the teachers, and overall environment feels like family! My daughter has blossomed over the past few months and I have KinderCare to thank for that. They communicate effectively which is essential. Kudos to the KinderCare Eatontown center! You guys are simply the BEST and dear to our hearts!

When we drop our daughter, Ella, off at Kindercare, we know that she's in great hands and will receive all the attention that she needs. Kindercare sends us reports and pictures of Ella every day and keeps us up to date on everything that happens and any supplies that she needs. Her teacher, Brooke, is amazing. When we pick Ella up, Brooke always tells us how Ella's day was, how she did, and the last time that she ate. We love kindercare!
