  We couldn't be happier with our experience at Primrose School at Falling Waters. The teachers are incredible, and it's clear how much they care about the children. Our daughter is thriving, loves going to school each day, and has grown so much during her time here. We're also excited for our second child to begin their journey here next year! We highly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a caring and supportive environment!

  Coming up on 1 year of our child being here and could not be happier! After having a short time at another daycare where our child was crying almost every day at drop-off and pick-up, having her happy almost every single day gives us so much comfort about the love and care that the staff give the kids. Which is something you can’t put a price on as a parent. We also LOVE that essentially everything is provided where we’re able to just drop our child off and everything she needs is already there and we don’t have to prepare any food or potentially forget something at home. We love it at Primrose School at Falling Waters and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place for their child!

  Our family has had an exceptional experience at Primrose School at Falling Waters. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was thoughtful, organized, and welcoming, making what could have been a stressful transition feel seamless. Every member of the staff has been kind, professional, and genuinely invested in our children’s well-being and development. The care and attention they provide each day have exceeded our expectations. Our children are excited to go to school each morning and come home eager to share what they’ve learned, from new academic concepts to creative projects and meaningful lessons. It’s equally rewarding to hear about the friendships they’re building and the positive relationships they’ve formed with their teachers and classmates. As parents, there’s no greater peace of mind than knowing your children are in a safe, nurturing environment where they’re encouraged to learn, grow, and thrive.   The teachers are incredible, the love and care they pour into these kids is obvious, and somehow they manage to make learning feel like an adventure every single day. And can we talk about Cookie Friday? Every other Friday, these tiny VIPs get cookies, and I swear it’s become the social event of the week. Honestly, I find myself a little jealous that my workplace hasn’t caught on. 🍪😂 Thank you for creating a place where kids feel loved, parents feel at ease, and little traditions become big memories. We couldn’t ask for a better daycare! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We've been a part of the Primrose Family for 11 months now and have loved every moment! As new parents, we found it hard to find the right daycare setting for our children that met our needs and gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe and in the care of a loving team. We first met Katie over the telephone, and she set us up with a walkthrough. She was very thorough in explaining what Primrose had to offer, including its curriculum, meal plan, and the steps taken to ensure the safety of the children. We were honestly blown away by the experience that we felt we had found the right place! The team has been a joy to work with. They've provided us with daily reports on what our children eat, when naps are taken, photos throughout the day during learning activities, and explanations of why certain learning activities are done and how they factor into the mental and physical growth of children. Our children have shown so much growth in their time here, and if you're questioning whether this is the right place, it is!
