The staff goes out of their way to make sure each parent is updated on their child’s progress, daily activities, and any events they are putting on for the center. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and inviting. We have loved seeing our little man grow and learn here. Soon we will be having another little one enter the world and will, without a doubt, have him attend the center when he is of appropriate age. Thank you Aspen Creek KinderCare for all you do!

- MKmichelle kaceeMay 6, 20261.0I’ve had multiple experiences with Aspen Creek KinderCare, and unfortunately none have been positive. From management pressuring staff over illnesses beyond their control, to classrooms being left significantly over ratio, the issues have been consistent. Most recently, I had to reach out more than ten times to the new director just to get responses to basic questions and concerns. Although the center is now under new management, my experience has been that it may be even more challenging than before—at least previous leadership communicated in a more timely manner.

Our first experience here, we left due to the director bullying, and underage high school staff illegally running the classroom, and monitoring of the children, they let our child come close to passing out as they said they couldn’t “consul”. The former directors are gone but it still seems KinderCare has some new issues. They send hiring letters out for staff at different rates which they offered (lower significantly) and it took over 13 emails prior to even get ahold of the new director, it seems like they really pick the cream of the crop at this location.
