  I can’t say enough good things about Primrose BC. Our infant daughter had a very unfortunate (and honestly, traumatic) incident at her first daycare (not a Primrose), so it was incredibly important for us to find a new daycare we felt comfortable sending her to every day. Primrose BC has delivered on this and more. We truly feel this center considers and treats all the kids like their own. The infant teachers go above and beyond to make sure our 10-month old is cared for and happy. I sometimes get emotional when I tell people how much we love it here; we’re so grateful to have found Primrose BC.

  Our family has been part of the Primrose School of Brier Creek community since 2018, and as our youngest prepares to graduate Pre-K and enter kindergarten this August, it’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are for the experience we’ve had. From infancy through Pre-K, both of our children have thrived because of the exceptional care, structure, curriculum, and dedication of the teachers and administrative staff. Primrose has provided so much more than childcare—it has provided a strong educational foundation, meaningful relationships, and a nurturing environment where our children could grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our son completed all five years at Primrose and entered kindergarten more than prepared. In many areas, he was already performing at a first-grade level, which is a direct reflection of the incredible teachers who invested in his learning and development. Our daughter has had the same wonderful experience. She is confident, social, kind, and well-mannered, and we credit so much of that to the values and guidance she received during her time at Primrose. One thing that truly sets Primrose apart is the way they support families during challenging times. Whether it was navigating inclement weather or leading through the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the school was always diligent, transparent, communicative, and focused on the well-being of the children and staff. As parents, that gave us tremendous peace of mind. The memories our family has made here are ones we will cherish forever. We are incredibly thankful for every teacher, administrator, and staff member who played a role in our children’s early years. As we close this chapter, we will greatly miss the Primrose School of Brier Creek, the amazing people who make it special, and all of the fun, learning, and laughter that came with it. Thank you for helping shape our children into the amazing little people they are today. We could not have asked for a better experience.

  Our child attended primrose at brier creek from ages 1.5 to 5. We always felt safe having them take care of our child. They made great friends with other children and staff. Thanks for taking such good care of all of us over the years.

  Primrose Brier Creek has been one of the best decisions we've made for our children. We were previously at another preschool with horrible leadership and made the move to Primrose with our three children this winter. The entire staff, leadership team and teachers welcomed my children with open arms and hearts. Plus, the amount my children have learned in such a short period of time is truly incredible. They even helped potty train my youngest and she has yet to have any accidents. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this school. It was the hug our family needed in a difficult time and I will always be grateful.

  We love Primrose! My son started when he was three and will be going to Kindergarten soon. He has grown and learn so much here. The teachers and staff are amazing and communicate so wonderfully. I feel so comfortable bringing our son here each day. We will be sad when we leave!
