  My daughter has attended Falls Lake KinderCare since August 2025, and I want to start by recognizing the positive impact that the current director and Assistant Director, Ms. Bailey, have had on our experience. From the very beginning, they made me feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable. As a parent of a child with autism who also receives speech and occupational therapy services, finding a daycare that feels safe and accepting is extremely important. They made me feel as though this center could be a second home for my daughter—a place where she could learn, grow, and thrive while receiving the support she needs. However, I have come to the realization that not all staff members seem to uphold the same standards of care and compassion that KinderCare promotes. It has been concerning to witness and hear reports of children being handled roughly, spoken to harshly, and injuries not always being taken as seriously as they should be. These are young children—innocent, vulnerable, and deserving of patience, kindness, and protection at all times. Unfortunately, I have had negative experiences with one teacher and I am not the only parent who has expressed concerns. Based on my experience and ABA therapy observations and conversations with other families, there have been instances where attentiveness, awareness, and professionalism appears to be lacking when hearing a comment such as: “ I’m only here for a paycheck .“ As a parent, that was difficult to hear. One of my biggest concerns has been feeling that my daughter was not always included and engaged in classroom activities to the same extent as other children. There were times when I observed or was informed that she was left to play alone while other students participated in activities with teachers. It is heartbreaking and unacceptable that my daughter has not been receiving the same level of encouragement, interaction, and support as her peers. I strongly believe that every child deserves patience, understanding, and an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with their teachers. Young children, especially those with developmental differences, benefit most from educators who take the time to bond with them, learn their individual needs, and help them feel included within the classroom community. While I am grateful for the leadership and support provided by the directors, I hope these concerns are taken seriously. Every child deserves to feel safe, respected, valued, and cared for, and every parent deserves peace of mind when leaving their child in someone else’s care. My hope is that all staff members will consistently reflect the same warmth, compassion, and professionalism that initially made me feel welcome to trust and believe my daughter will be well taken care of at Falls Lake KinderCare.

  We love Falls Lake KinderCare! Our daughter has been going for a year and half since about 6 months old. The director, Michelle, has been fantastic from the start with everything from communication to flexibility. The teachers have also been great, Ms. Jenifer and Ms. Kori in the newborn room and Ms. Nakeisha and Ms. Christy in the toddler room were all so wonderful with our daughter. She comes home happy each day and loves to tell us what she did at school. They update frequently through their app and have implemented excellent cleanliness and safety precautions with Covid. We also plan on starting our newest addition in the infant room in 2021. As a working parent, sending your little one to school every day is not an easy decision but I’m thankful that KinderCare provides a safe learning experience where my daughter is amongst her friends and happy every day.

  My daughter has attended LPA since she was 2.5. She is now 4 and will be starting kindergarten in August. The staff have not only prepared her for elementary school, but they have given my child the love and support she needs to blossom into a self-assured, joyful young lady. I cannot recommend this preschool more. I am continually impressed by their professionalism and genuine love for the families they support.

  LPA is a wonderful educational facility. Our almost 4 year old has been there since she was 8 months old and now our 10 month old twins are there as well and they love Ms. Maria! We like the focus on Kindergarten preparation as well as the gym and spanish lessons - and the TONS of awesome art work that comes home every day! This is well rounded facility, with a great director and assistant. We also really like that the kids go outside and play every day, weather permitting, even the infants. The variety, the education and the wonderful staff make this a great day care option!

  I have been sending my son to Little Pro's for 4 years and have been so happy with his child care. We have used other daycare centers for our older son and when my younger son was a baby before discovering Little Pro's and our only regret is not having used them sooner. The atmosphere is very loving and nurturing and there is learning that takes place which prepares my pre-kindergartner for kindergarten. Mr. Brian and Ms. Danielle are wonderful to deal with and we have loved each teacher my son has been with throughout his time at Little Pro's. Sometimes when we come to pick up my son, he doesn't want to come home!! That is a nice problem to have in the grand scheme of things!
