  The manager, Miss Katrina is a angel and Miss Candace and Miss Courtney are love and kindness in human form, their team of loving and kind education centered teachers are A GOD-Send! They are truly what any parent could ask for In looking for a preschool based daycare, this center is truly the best!

  ** UPDATE ** Kindercare corporate stepped in and resolved the issue quickly with many apologies. The regional director called me personally and apologized and I am very thankful to the corporate team. In hindsight, I should have reached out to them to begin with when getting no where with the local Durant road location. Thanks again to them for making it right. ** Original post ** What a disaster. We decided to remove our daughter from Kindercare last September and so we called and informed them and asked if anything else was needed. They told us they would make a note and all would be ok. I have since received a bill over and over again for time that my daughter wasn't there and they refuse to correct the issue. I have called many times and every time they say they will investigate and correct the issue. Well, they sent the bill to collections and I can't get them to correct it. So I will pay the bill for services that I did not receive because they are either too incompetent to fix the problem or they simply don't care enough. There are some nice people there, the teacher's seem great, and the place is clean, but the management is a disaster and I am very angry I now need to pay hundreds of dollars for nothing.

  We’ve been at KinderCare for 2 years now. Since we joined it’s changed hands twice and gone through multiple directors. Throughout that, the staff have been gracious and remained focused on providing the best care for my child.

  I enjoyed meeting with the Center Director, Ms. Heather and all of the Rainbow Childcare staff. Everyone was warm and friendly. I felt the positive energy and enthusiasm as they celebrated receiving their new 4 star rated license. The children were all happy, well cared for, and engaged. The facility was very clean and attractive. Awesome experience!
