Truly the best! Highly recommend!! Staff and teachers are absolutely wonderful. Facilities are well kept and spacious. And the curriculum is impressive! This is honestly saying A LOT - I’ve got pretty tough standards and I’m not easily impressed when it comes to someone else helping with our kids.

Warning to families considering this daycare: We joined the waitlist on 7/12/23, months before our son was born, because we were trying to secure childcare well in advance of my return to work after maternity leave. Despite following up multiple times and being given repeated assurances that a spot would become available, we were never offered a spot. In 2024, after waiting and following up without resolution, I requested a refund of the deposit we paid for a spot that was never offered. Since then, I have continued to be ghosted by both Marlo and Briana, with no refund and no meaningful response. I am sharing this review as a warning to other working families who are actively trying to secure childcare. Families make these deposits because they are relying on providers to follow through and are often making major employment and financial decisions based on the expectation that care will be available. Taking a deposit from families who are depending on childcare, repeatedly making promises about availability, never providing the promised spot, and then refusing to return the deposit is unacceptable and, in my opinion, deeply unethical. I strongly encourage other families to think carefully before paying a deposit and to get clear, written terms regarding refunds and waitlist placement.

So glad to be a part of the Chesterbrook family! Our teachers Alka, Kenyah and Kesha are incredibly kind, supportive and caring and our daughter absolutely adores them. They are excellent at communicating with our daughter as well as us; we can go about each day confidently knowing our daughter is in the best hands. Alka, Kenyah and Kesha have been an integral part in our daughter’s development and we truly think of them as part of our family. We are so grateful to have found CBA and couldn’t ask for a better experience for our daughter and our family!

Our youngest transferred to Chesterbrook from a nearby Kindercare franchise that was unfortunately struggling with constant turnover. Once here, his development absolutely took off. We were on the fence whether to send him to kindergarten at his age, but his development was significant enough that we were able to send him off and he’s absolutely thriving. Chesterbrook is a big reason why.

Great daycare. Had our child more than ready for kindergarten when the time came.
