My son had such a great experience at Primrose School at The Park! He started when he was 2 and every teacher was amazing... he truly felt loved and still talks about his past teachers. This school quickly became an extension of our home. I can't say enough wonderful things about this location. We are going to miss this special place!

"At the time of pickup, no scratches or injuries were observed by our staff, and none were brought to our attention."
This appears to be a remarkably convenient excuse—one that neatly avoids any accountability and differs entirely from what I heard from the teachers, as well as from the truth. An impressive alignment of narratives. Well done, Primrose.

Before deciding on a daycare for my baby, I conducted extensive research on multiple daycare facilities in the Cary and Morrisville areas to carefully evaluate their safety standards, policies, and overall quality of care. Based on my research and information I have learned, I do not recommend that new parents enroll their baby at this daycare. There are several concerning issues, the most significant being the absence of surveillance cameras. Without any camera system in place, there is no documented evidence available if an accident or incident were to occur involving a child. This lack of accountability and transparency raises serious safety concerns, especially for infants and young children.

My son attended this daycare for one year. Beginning last month, he sustained three separate incidents involving long scratches to the corner of his eye, nose, face, and mouth within three weeks. I talked to the classroom teacher three times and the director two times after what happened. Unfortunately, no meaningful or preventive action was taken.
This daycare clearly doesn’t have any procedures for managing and documenting injuries. There are no surveillance cameras, and the administration refused to provide any information regarding how these incidents occurred. This absence of accountability and transparency raises serious concerns about child safety, particularly for young children who cannot speak for themselves.
I strongly advise against enrolling your child at this daycare, as similar incidents could happen to other families. If you would like additional information, feel free to contact me. I am willing to share my experience in the interest of protecting other children and preventing similar situations.

Before choosing Primrose at the Park we conducted a lot of research on preschools and talked to other parents we trusted. After multiple recommendations our children began attending Primrose and we have had a wonderful experience. The basics: the facility is always clean, the grounds are well maintained and secure. The classrooms are age appropriate and engaging. They offer healthy and varied meals. The teachers are knowledgeable and their curriculum helps to develop multiple areas. What makes Primrose special is their staff. They aren’t just welcoming, they are genuinely interested in getting to know their families. It isn’t just our teachers that know our family but all the staff. A unique thing about Primrose is how much longevity they have amongst their staff which allows for stability and continuity of care for children. They also host celebrations (on and off site), offer soccer shots, book fairs and other fun activities to engage their families. The staff go above and beyond to provide a loving, safe and comfortable environment for kids to thrive. A recent example of this is our son was struggling to adjust to a new classroom. Of course, this made drop offs hard. One of the administrators who has built a bond with our son has gone into his classroom on multiple occasions to help him settle in. She just genuinely cares about his comfort and prioritizes his needs above other duties. Re-enforcing that it really is all about the kids at Primrose at the Park.
