  Went for a tour , everyone acted completely lost as to why I was there. Unorganized and all over the place

  I’ve seen this review where this lady Holly Smith talking about how the assistant director is miserable , doesn’t smile and she has an attitude all day. This lady Holly smith is making all these comments about RayLynn and that her child goes to KinderCare but just a few days ago she made a comment at another day care. I’m confused. Does your child go to kinderCare or La petite? Anyways I love both Christina and RayLynn. They’ve made me feel welcome. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome.

  My husband and I recently pulled our 1 year old from this facility after an incident concerning our child back in Nov 2023 was mishandled by director Christina. When the situation initially occurred Christina informed me, the monday after that she received video recording of a teacher(Katelyn) in toddler B room displaying unacceptable disciplinary actions towards a few of the children & was suspended immediately & there was an investigation being done by the state . Christina proceeds to tell me that my child was NOT involved in any of the 3 recorded instances. A week goes by and I am contacted by CPS and questioned about my child and his experiences here at the center and with Katelyn specifically. I inform her of what I was told at the time by Christina & I had noticed that my child did not like being dropped off every day since being switched over to toddler B. After this phone call I went to speak with Christina about the phone call and again asking her to confirm my child was NOT INVOLVED. Ofc Christina defends herself & mentions to me that my child’s daycare file was just randomly selected by the CPS worker……..I tell her from here on out anything said or done involving my child we needed to be informed immediately about it. Fast forward to Feb 6th 2024, I receive yet another unexpected phone call from the CPS worker handling gathering info for the investigation & first thing she ask me was the last time we had spoken did I mention that Christina had told me numerous times that my child was not involved, I confirmed this info. She then says to me that after more investigation my child was seen in one of the videos being assaulted by his teacher and her supervisor informed her we needed to be informed of this info……. Mind you this is video that Christina knew about from jump… and get this the Cps worker also confirmed she did take his file specifically because he was involved in the recorded videos. So ofc we pulled my son out as of yesterday! & Ofc conveniently Christina was not at the center when me and my husband arrived to pick up but we did leave our concerns with Admin that was on site. This center is still being investigated for this matter.

  I LOVE THIS DAYCARE! Mrs.Camilla and Mrs.Cheyanne are AMAZING! I’ve noticed a great difference in both my girls my oldest is more out going and my youngest is two and I have full conversations with her they have been in KinderCare since October 2020 so that’s a great difference! Thank you both !!!

  I love KinderCare and how they send you updates through out the day. I know my daughter is in good hands with them. Miss Camila has been so amazing threw the whole process of getting her ready and putting my first time mommy worries at ease especially during Covid but I know she is in great hands. I would recommend them hands down every time .
