We’ve had the best experience here. We trust the staff like family and know our child is in the best hands. Everyone is warm and welcoming and that puts us and our child at ease. We love the curriculum and fun that our child embraces on a daily basis. We couldn’t speak more highly of our experience and we’re going to be really sad when our child matures out of the school. Thank you for being a trusted school!

Amazing staff and management. Just a really well-run facility (in an area where that is unfotunately not commonplace as I know from experience). We've seen very low teacher turnover in our few years we've been sending our kids here, which I think is a testament to strong management and a great culture. Everyone is incredibly friendly and greets you and your children with a smile and hello. Our kids are very happy to be there as they love their teachers, have tons of fun, and are also noticeably learning quite a lot. Really couldn't be happier.

My child has attended Primrose School of Huntersville for the past 1.5 years. He has transitioned to two different classrooms, and we've had a wonderful experience! The teachers are top-notch, and he has learned so much. Communication has been great and I'm so happy with the quality of care we receive.

My daughter has been enrolled at Primrose School of Huntersville for three years, starting in the infant room, so she's in her fourth classroom now. Overall, it's been a positive experience, which is why we've chosen to continue enrolling each year. Like with any school - public or private, preschool and beyond - the experience is significantly shaped by the teachers and management. (And sometimes it's the dynamic between parents/teachers&staff and kid/teachers. IMO - not every kid's personality jives with the center care model. Those with unique developmental needs or those who thrive on independence may prefer Montessori, for instance.) We've liked the teachers - we run into former teachers in the hallway and always have warm interactions. The retention rate of teachers has been pretty strong, which is not typical in the childcare industry and, I believe, is indicative of a positive culture and work experience. The curriculum is well balanced - they do lots of very cool and engaging activities (STEM, artwork, gardening, music, etc), but also have plenty of free play and outdoor time. Mr/Ms Music comes regularly and the kids LOVE it - they dance and play instruments. The classes have pet fish. The school offers optional extra curriculars, so we've done cheer class and soccer. Periodically there are school and classroom events - of course these have shifted and evolved over time with COVID safety procedures, but there are opportunities to gather as a class or school. Chef Anne makes great food - well balanced menu and it's so wonderful not to have to pack lunch and snacks for a picky toddler eater! Overall, we feel like the school is well run and would definitely recommend.
