  The absolute best school in this area. Our daughter has been here for more than 2 years now since she was about 1 year and they have always been amazing, kind and accommodating. All of the teachers are awesome and the front desk staff also are very supportive. Special shout out to Ms Casey, Ms Emily and Ms Stephanie who have been amazing with our daughter.

  Our oldest is getting ready for Pre-k graduation this month while our youngest still has 3 years left and we couldn’t be more thankful for the village we have through Primrose school at Holly grove. If you’re looking for a daycare with amazing communication and a safe environment it’s a great choice!

  We toured many places in Holly Springs, me and my wife are both in pediatric medicine and felt like we were being a little too picky as all the places we were touring weren’t meeting expectations given the high cost of all daycares. I’d argue that I would categorize Primrose more of a school than a daycare, there are teachers there with 20+ years experience and many of the teachers have been there for several years showing low attrition. We have been more than thrilled with the services here. You’re always greeted with a friendly smiling face. My daughter has come home talking about things in full sentences. She has developed language, hand eye coordination and interpersonal skills that are far beyond some of her peers that are at other schools or not in school. Not to mention Primrose practically potty trained our child. Their consistency made this process soooo easy at home. We started our daughter in PPS1 when she was about 2.5yrs, but even walking thru the halls and peeping in the younger classrooms, I’m always impressed at how the babies are rarely crying, the teachers are feeding and holding one baby while they rock another baby in a bouncer with their foot and I’ve never seen them look overwhelmed or out of control. The ProCare app is also an excellent addition, you get pictures of your kids every day and the ability to message the teachers about any questions or changes in your schedule etc. I’ve been very impressed with Primrose and our Holly Grove location, from the smiling faces, curriculum, the in house cooked meals, the hallway music, the constant changing hallway decorations to how it’s built a little friend group and community for my child!

  Both of my kids have attended Primrose School at Holly Grove, and our experience has been wonderful from day one. What stands out most is how genuinely they treat families like part of the community—they’ve even included me by letting me DJ for the kids, which was an absolute blast and something I never expected from a daycare. That kind of openness says a lot about the people who run this place. The staff are warm, attentive, and clearly care about the children in their charge. My kids have been happy, safe, and well looked after, and as a parent that’s everything. The teachers go out of their way to build real relationships with both the kids and the families. If you’re looking for a school that feels like an extended family rather than just a drop-off, I can’t recommend Primrose at Holly Grove enough.

  From the very first interaction with the girls in the front office to Eva’s teachers each day, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The enrollment process was seamless, and transitioning into everyday school life felt easy and welcoming from the start. What stands out most about this school is the people. They truly run a school the way it should be run, with care, communication, engagement, and heart. Every staff member makes you feel known, valued, and supported. It never feels like your child is just another number being processed. They know your name, they know your family, and they genuinely care about the children they serve. As a parent, there is so much comfort in knowing your child is walking into an environment that feels safe, loving, and structured every single day. My daughter has flourished here, and we are incredibly grateful to have found a school that feels more like a community and family than just a preschool. If you are a parent searching for a preschool where your child will truly be cared for and known, I cannot recommend this school enough.
