We have only wonderful things to say about primrose; this was the first daycare we had ever used when our daughter was only a few months old and they welcomed us like family right away. Our daughter has been so well taken care of, and it means a lot when seemingly every member of the staff knows her name. There are tons of activities, spirit and water play days, and opportunities for engagement for children of all ages which we really appreciated. Additionally, we found their daily menu for the children to be varied and balanced. We loved the relatively frequent pictures that we would get of our daughter playing as it really helped us feel connected to her when we weren't with her. With all of that, the administration and staff have been wonderful to work with, particularly during snowstorms and other closure events, we felt that primrose was often the first daycare to reopen and really prioritized availability for the parents that rely on it. We truly can't recommend primrose highly enough to those seeking a wonderful daycare experience in Greensboro for their child.

Our experience with Primrose was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect shown to our family was unacceptable. Staff interactions were often rude and dismissive, and too often it felt like the priority was tuition and enrollment rather than the children and families being served. Most concerning, based on our experience, I would not recommend this location for a child with developmental delays or who needs additional support. We saw exclusion rather than meaningful differentiation and support. As class sizes increased, the quality of care and instruction declined, while teachers did not appear to receive the leadership support needed to meet individual children's needs. We were also promised consistent progress reports that we never received, encountered outdated information about our child, and experienced repeated failures to follow through on commitments. For a program marketed as a premium preschool, we expected individualized learning, inclusion, professionalism, and strong communication. That was not our experience. I would strongly encourage parents to NOT enroll here.

As a first-time mom, Primrose gave me so much peace of mind. The staff is incredibly caring, communication was always timely, and everyone was so friendly at drop-off and pick-up. Ruthie’s classroom was always clean and welcoming, and it meant so much to us that her teachers even had a special nickname for her. We are only leaving because we found a daycare closer to home, but we will miss Primrose very much and are so grateful for the love and care they showed our daughter.

Primrose at Irving Park is, in my opinion, the best full-time childcare facility for working parents. The school is spotless—one of the cleanest daycares I have seen. The classrooms are spacious, and the playground is excellent. Most importantly, the facility is run by wonderful administrators. Ms. Jones and the fantastic Ms. Ramirez are always available and attentive to parents’ concerns. The teachers also deserve special recognition, especially Ms. Foxx and Ms. Griffin, who work extremely hard every day. We often forget to tell them how appreciative we are of all they do. I also want to mention Ms. Blair, who is one of the kindest and most polite teachers I have met. Thank you all for helping my daughter during her first days as she transitioned into the school.

We have absolutely loved our experience with Primrose Schools! We started sending our son there when he was just four months old, and as first-time parents, we were understandably nervous. But from day one, the teachers and staff made us feel so comfortable and confident that he was in great hands. One of the things we love most is how welcoming and personal the school feels-everyone knows your name, and they truly make you feel like part of a community. They do an amazing job keeping parents involved and often host fun events and activities, like food trucks after school, which we always enjoy. The communication has also been fantastic. We receive regular updates throughout the day through the app, and getting pictures of our son is honestly my favorite part of the day (besides Pick Up 😊)! The hours are incredibly convenient for two working parents, and it’s clear how much care and attention goes into everything they do. Most importantly, our son is so happy there, and that means everything to us. We are so grateful to have found such a caring and supportive environment for our family!
