- AJAlyssa JonesAug 17, 20261.0**Important context:** My child did not attend this specific Primrose location. I am sharing this review because this location has the same ownership as Primrose School of Irving Park, where our family had an extremely disappointing experience. Our experience with that ownership was marked by poor communication, unprofessional and at times disrespectful interactions, repeated failures to follow through on commitments, and an overall feeling that financial considerations were prioritized over families. Most concerning, based on our experience, I would not recommend their program for children with developmental delays or those who may need additional classroom support. We experienced a lack of differentiated instruction and situations where our child was excluded rather than appropriately supported. As class sizes increased, we also saw the quality of the experience decline. Parents considering any school under this ownership should ask detailed questions about leadership, teacher support, class sizes, developmental differences, progress reporting, and how concerns are handled.
