  I brought my daughter to KinderCare as an infant. It was the first place she had been aside from home after my maternity leave, and I was so nervous -- but everyone who worked there was so warm, kind, and supportive. The infant teachers were fantastic and took such good care of her, and the teachers for the toddlers and up also knew her and always would say hi to me when I came to pick her up. We ultimately had to change daycares due to moving because it would have added 40 minutes to my work commute every day to stay there. I was so sad to leave. Highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a daycare for their little one :)

  Front desk is Not professional. When I attempted to check my child in, she stopped me and said “no” in a very rude tone. There was a miscommunication that didn’t involve me so while I was confused, she had an attitude instead of hearing me out. To be honest, I’m glad I couldn’t bring my child; I wouldn’t want her around that hostile woman.

  I am so lucky that I found South Square KinderCare!! They have been great with my son since he started in the infant room at 4 months old. We have been going there for a year now and I am so happy with them They! They are very responsive with any questions or requests that I have. Their app is great for updating me on what/when he eats, diapers, and naps. Plus it is always a pick me up for the day when they upload photos or videos of him!! They are very flexible with discounted vacation rates and worked with my cloth diapers and glass bottles. Everyone there is so friendly and treats my son as if he was their own, and he looks forward to going there every day!

  I can't say enough how wonderful the staff are here. We were really nervous about enrolling our infant in a daycare at first. It's hard to trust that someone will take care of your baby as well as you would. But Ms. Linda and Ms. Beverly are so kind and reassuring. They are well organized and obviously have years of experience with babies (and nervous moms, haha). From the start, I could tell my baby was in good hands which made going back to work so so much easier. I love the daily updates and photos of their activities throughout the day. Ms. Jaleesha does a great job running the place and it's very apparent that the office staff and teachers work together as a team to make sure both the kids and the parents are well taken care of. A+

  I had my kid here for a little over a year. They were adequate on child care, safety, etc. however, I never really got the feeling the staff (with few exceptions) was trained and committed to making a great child care facility. It also seemed like I was asked to pull my son out due to illness way more that I should have. I give this three stars because of the administrative issues I've had. Billing issues (even months after I left the facility), constant changes to the policies, and rather annoyingly, you have to fill out paperwork on your kid every day (I.e. Fill in your name, your phone number, your emergency contact, what time they had breakfast, when they woke up, etc.). It's a minor thing but annoying because my current daycare doesn't ask for that because... surprise, they know who I am and keep my phone number on file...
